الگوی ارزیابی راهبردی نظام تربیتی کودکان در مهدها؛ مبتنی بر تحلیل اسناد و سیاست های کلان جمهوری اسلامی ایران

نظام تربیتی کودکان یکی از مهم‌ترین موضوع‌های مطرح‌شده در اسناد و سیاست‌های کلان جمهوری اسلامی ایران است، و با توجه به اهمیت آن برکودکان، لزوم ایجاد الگوی ارزیابی راهبردی مبتنی بر اسناد و سیاست‌های کلان مطرح می‌گردد. بر ‌همین اساس در‌ این پژوهش مبتنی بر الگوی مارپیچ چهارجانبه، هدف این است که براساس سیاست‌های کلی نظام جمهوری اسلامی ایران، الگویی جهت ارزیابی راهبردی نظام تربیتی کودکان در مهدها، مبتنی بر تحلیل اسناد و سیاست‌هایی کلان تدوین نماییم و پرسش پژوهش بدین‌صورت قابل طرح است که «ابعاد و مولفه‌های ارزیابی نظام کلان مدیریت مهدکودک‌ها براساس تحلیل اسناد بالادستی چیست؟». روش پژوهش در قالب مطالعه اسناد و تحلیل مضمون بوده است. در بخش یافته‌ها، ابعاد و مولفه‌‌های ارزیابی راهبردی نظام تربیتی کودکان در مهدهای کودک براساس اسناد بالادستی در دو سطح عوامل داخلی (مدیریت مهدکودک، محتوای آموزشی، منابع انسانی، زیرساخت، نظام آموزشی و نظام تربیتی) و عوامل خارجی (ارتباطات و تعاملات) مهدکودک قابل بررسی می‌باشد؛ بنابراین لزوم الگوی ارزیابی راهبردی نظام تربیتی کودکان در مهدها، مبتنی بر اسناد و سیاست‌های کلان ایجاد می‌گردد.

the children's education system is of the most important issues in the documents and policies of the islamic republic of iran, and due to its importance on children, a raising need for a model of strategic evaluation based on documents and policies is emerged.purpose: accordingly, in this research based on the quadrilateral spiral model and the general policies of the islamic republic of iran, the aim is to present a model for strategic evaluation of the children's education system in kindergartens; based on the analysis of documents and macro policies. the research question can be formulated as follows: what are the dimensions and components of evaluating the macro system of kindergarten management based on the analysis of upstream documents?.method: the research method is of the kind of document study and content analysis. findings: the findings presents the dimensions and components of strategic evaluation of children's education system of kindergartens based on upstream documents in two levels of internal factors (kindergarten management, educational content, human resources, infrastructure, educational and training system) and external factors (communication and interactions) of the kindergarten can be examined.conclusion: therefore, the need for a model of strategic evaluation of children's education system in kindergartens, based on documents and macro policies, is created.
