مطالعه کیفی نقش آموزش های هویت‌یابی اجتماعی مبتنی بر ارزش‌های ایرانی اسلامی بر نوجوانان

بحران هویت برای همه نوجوانان اتفاق می‌افتد. آنان که این دوره را با موفقیت طی می‌کنند به وحدت و انسجام نقش می‌رسند و در صورت عدم موفقیت دچار سردرگمی نقش می‌گردند. در مطالعه کیفی حاضر، مصاحبه‌شوندگان از آموزش‌دیدگان مرکز ندا که در رابطه با هویت‌سازی دختران فعالیت می‌کند، به صورت هدفمند انتخاب، مقیاس هویت اجتماعی بر روی آنان اجرا و افرادی که نمره‌ی بسیار خوب را کسب نمودند، تحت مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافته قرار گرفتند. مصاحبه تا اشباع داده‌ها و تعداد 15 نفر ادامه یافت و تحلیل داده‌ها به روش کلایزی انجام شد. نتایج نشان‌دهنده 4 کد اصلی شامل نقش‌آفرینی دینی و انقلابی، شاخص هویت‌یابی صحیح،کنشگری اجتماعی، تربیت اجتماعی و هویت/من یکپارچه است که کد اصلی اول شامل ابعاد فرعی عمل‌گرایی، هدف‌گرایی و معنویت‌گرایی، کد اصلی دوم شامل ابعاد فرعی مسئولیت‌پذیری، همگرایی و تعلق اجتماعی و کد اصلی سوم شامل ابعاد فرعی خویشتن‌داری، خودسازی و نشاط و کد اصلی چهارم شامل ابعاد فرعی بینش، خودارزشمندی و توانمندی می‌باشد. این ویژگی‌ها می‌تواند به عنوان شاخصی برای سنجش هویت‌یابی مورد استفاده دست‌اندرکاران عرصه‌ی تعلیم و تربیت قرار گیرد.

qualitative study of the role of social identification training on islamic iranian values ​​on teenagers

identity crisis occurs for all adolescents. those who successfully navigate this period achieve unity and coherence in their roles, while those who do not succeed fall into role confusion. in this qualitative study, the interviewees were purposefully selected from the trainees at the neda center, which focuses on identity formation for girls. the social identity scale was administered to them, and individuals who scored very well were subjected to semi-structured interviews. the interviews continued until data saturation was achieved, totaling 15 participants, and data analysis was conducted using the colaizzi method. the results indicate four main codes: religious and revolutionary role-playing, indicators of proper identity recognition, social activism, and integrated identity/self. the first main code includes sub-dimensions of pragmatism, goal orientation, and spirituality. the second main code includes sub-dimensions of responsibility, convergence, and social belonging. the third main code includes sub-dimensions of self-control, self-building, and vigor, while the fourth main code includes sub-dimensions of insight, self-worth, and capability. these characteristics can serve as indicators for assessing identity formation, to be utilized by educators and those involved in the field of education.
