بررسی ارتباط نوع بستر و وقوع برخی انگل‌های گوارشی اسب در اسبداری‌های اطراف تهران

زﻣﯿﻨﻪ و ﻫﺪف: ﻧﻈﺮ ﺑﻪ رﺷﺪ ﮔﺴﺘﺮده و روز اﻓﺰون ﻧﮕﻬﺪاری و ﭘﺮورش اﺳﺐ، اﻫﻤﯿﺖ ﺑﻬﺪاﺷﺖ اﯾﻦ ﺣﯿﻮان دارای اﻫﻤﯿﺖ وﯾﮋهای اﺳﺖ. ﭘﺮورش ﻣﻨﺎﺳﺐ اﺳﺐﻫﺎ ﻧﯿﺎز ﺑﻪ درک و ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﺑﻪ ﻧﯿﺎزﻫﺎی ﻓﯿﺰﯾﻮﻟﻮژﯾﮑﯽ و رواﻧﯽ اﯾﻦ ﺣﯿﻮاﻧﺎت دارد. ﯾﮑﯽ از ﻣﺸﮑﻼت اﺻﻠﯽ در زﻣﯿﻨﻪ ﻧﮕﻬﺪاری اﺳﺐ، اﺑﺘﻼی اﯾﻦ ﺣﯿﻮان ﺑﻪ آﻟﻮدﮔﯽﻫﺎی اﻧﮕﻠﯽ اﺳﺖ. ﻫﺪف از اﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ اﯾﻦ اﺳﺖ ﮐﻪ ﭘﺲ از ﺷﻨﺎﺳﺎﯾﯽ ﺑﺴﺘﺮﻫﺎی راﯾﺞ در اﺳﺒﺪاریﻫﺎ ارﺗﺒﺎط ﺑﯿﻦ اﯾﻦ ﺑﺴﺘﺮﻫﺎ و اﯾﺠﺎد ﮐﺮمﻫﺎی اﻧﮕﻠﯽ ﻣﺠﺎری ﮔﻮارش ﺗﻌﯿﯿﻦ ﺷﻮد.ﻣﻮاد و روش ﻫﺎ: در اﯾﻦ ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ ﻣﺪﻓﻮع 88راس اﺳﺐ ﺑﺎﻟﻎ ﻧﺮ و ﻣﺎده از ﻧﮋادﻫﺎ ﻣﺨﺘﻠﻒ ﻣﻮﺟﻮد در ﺑﺎﺷﮕﺎهﻫﺎی ﺳﻮارﮐﺎری اﻃﺮاف ﺗﻬﺮان ﺑﺎ ﺑﺴﺘﺮﻫﺎی ﮐﻮد، ﭘﻮﺷﺎل، ﻣﺨﻠﻮط ﮐﻮد و ﭘﻮﺷﺎل ﺗﻬﯿﻪ و ﻣﻮرد ارزﯾﺎﺑﯽ ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺖ. ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪﻫﺎی ﺗﻬﯿﻪ ﺷﺪه ﺑﻪ ﺷﯿﻮه ﻣﺴﺘﻘﯿﻢ و ﺷﻨﺎورﺳﺎزی ﺑﻪ روش ﮐﻠﯿﺘﻮن ﻟﯿﻦ ﺑﻪ وﺳﯿﻠﻪ ﻣﺤﻠﻮل ﺷﮑﺮ اﺷﺒﺎع ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ﺷﺪﻧﺪ. ﯾﺎﻓﺘﻪ ﻫﺎ: ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ اﯾﻦ ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﮐﻪ آﻟﻮدﮔﯽ ﺑﻪ ﺗﺨﻢ ﮐﺮمﻫﺎی اﻧﮕﻠﯽ در ﻟﻮﻟﻪ ﮔﻮارش ﺣﺪود 32درﺻﺪ از اﺳﺐﻫﺎ ﻣﺸﺎﻫﺪه ﺷﺪ. ﻻرو ﭘﺎراآﺳﮑﺎرﯾﺲ اﮐﻮﺋﻮروم در 30 درﺻﺪ از اﺳﺐﻫﺎ و اﮐﺴﯿﻮر اﮐﻮﯾﯽ در ﺑﻘﯿﻪ اﺳﺐﻫﺎ ﯾﺎﻓﺖ ﺷﺪ. در ﻫﻤﻪ ﺑﺎﺷﮕﺎهﻫﺎی ﺳﻮارﮐﺎری ﻣﻮرد ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ، ﺳﺎﺑﻘﻪ درﻣﺎن ﺿﺪ اﻧﮕﻠﯽ وﺟﻮد داﺷﺖ. ارﺗﺒﺎط ﺑﯿﻦ ﻧﻮع ﺑﺴﺘﺮ، ﺟﻨﺴﯿﺖ و ﮔﺮوه ﺳﻨﯽ و ﺷﺪت آﻟﻮدﮔﯽ ﻣﻌﻨﺎ داری ﻧﺒﻮد. اﻣﺎ اﺧﺘﻼف ﺑﯿﻦ ﺷﺪت آﻟﻮدﮔﯽ ﺑﺎ ﺷﺎﺧﺺ ﺗﻮده ﺑﺪﻧﯽ ، ﺷﺎﺧﺺ ﻣﺪﻓﻮع و ﻣﺎه ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ ﮔﯿﺮی ﻣﻌﻨﯽ دار ﺑﻮد.ﻧﺘﯿﺠﻪ ﮔﯿﺮی: ﺑﺮ اﺳﺎس ﯾﺎﻓﺘﻪﻫﺎی اﯾﻦ ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ ﻣﯽ ﺗﻮان درﯾﺎﻓﺖ ﮐﻪ ﻧﻮع ﺑﺴﺘﺮ ﺑﺎ ﻣﯿﺰان آﻟﻮدﮔﯽ اﻧﮕﻠﯽ در اﺳﺐﻫﺎ ﻣﻌﻨﺎدار ﻧﯿﺴﺖ ﮐﻪ ﻣﯽﺗﻮاﻧﺪ ﺑﻪ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از درﻣﺎن ﺿﺪ اﻧﮕﻠﯽ ارﺗﺒﺎط داﺷﺘﻪ ﺑﺎﺷﺪ .

investigating the relationship between the type of bedding and the occurrence of some horse digestive parasites in horse farms around tehran

background and aim: considering the widespread and increasing growth of horse maintenance and breeding, theimportance of the health of this animal is of particular importance. proper breeding of horses requires understandingand attention to the physiological and psychological needs of these animals. one of the main problems in the field ofhorse maintenance is the infection of this animal with parasitic infections. the aim of this study was to determine therelationship between bed type and parasitic gastrointestinal worms.materials and methods: in this study, fecal samples of 88 adult male and female horses of different races in equestrianclubs around tehran were prepared and evaluated using dung, straw, and mixtures of dung and straw. the sampleswere investigated using direct and flotation (using clayton-lane method saturated by sugar solution) methods.results: the results of this study showed that infection with parasitic worm eggs was observed in the gastrointestinaltract of about 32% of horses. parascaris equorumlarvae were found in 30% of horses and oxyuris equi in the rest ofthe horses. in all equestrian clubsstudied, there was a history of antiparasitic therapy. there was no significantrelationship between type of bed, sex, age group and severity of contamination. however, a significant differencebetween severity of contamination with body mass index, fecal index and month of sampling was observed.conclusion: based on the findings of this study, it can be concluded that bed type is not significant with the rate ofparasitic infection in horses, which can be related to the use of antiparasitic therapy.
