اثربخشی بسته‌آموزشی مرا محکم در آغوش بگیر رهایم‌کن بر ارتباط‌ موثر والدین دختران نوجوان

هدف از این پژوهش بررسی اثربخشی بسته آموزشی مرا محکم در آغوش بگیر رهایم کن بر ارتباط موثر والدین دختران نوجوان بود. روش پژوهش حاضر کمی از نوع نیمه آزمایشی با گروه آزمایش و گواه و طرح پیش آزمون - پس آزمون با گروه کنترل همراه با پیگیری یک ماهه بود. جامعه آماری تحقیق حاضر شامل والدین دختران دبیرستانی مقطع دوم ناحیه 2 مشهد بود روش نمونه‌گیری در تحقیق حاضر به صورت داوطلبانه بود که به صورت تصادفی در یک گروه آزمایش و یک گروه کنترل جایگزین شد. حجم نمونه موردنظر برای پژوهش حاضر شامل 30 دختر نوجوان دبیرستانی در مشهد به همراه والدین آن‌ها بود که در دو گروه آزمایشی و کنترل (هر گروه 15 نفر) طبقه بندی شد. ابزار گرداوری شامل مقیاس خودارزشمندی کروکر و همکاران (2003) و مقیاس رابطه والد - فرزند فاین و همکاران (1983) بود . تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها با استفاده از نرم افزار spss نسخه 25 و روش آماری تحلیل واریانس با اندازه گیری مکرر انجام شد. یافته های پژوهش نشان داد که بسته آموزشی مرا محکم در آغوش بگیر رهایم کن بر ارتباط موثر والدین دختران نوجوان تاثیر مثبت و معناداری دارد.

the effectiveness of the educational package hold me tightly and let me go on the effective communication of parents of teenage girls

the aim of this study was to investigate the effectiveness of the educational package hold me tight, let me go on fostering effective communication between parents and their adolescent daughters. the research method was quantitative and quasi-experimental, utilizing a pre-test, post-test control group design with a one-month follow-up. the statistical population of this study consisted of parents of high school sophomore girls in district 2 of mashhad. the sampling method was voluntary and participants were randomly assigned to either an experimental group or a control group. the sample size included 30 adolescent high school girls in mashhad along with their parents, divided into two groups (15 participants in each group). data collection tools included the crocker self-esteem scale (2003) and the parent-child relationship scale by fine et al. (1983). data analysis was performed using spss software version 25 and the repeated measures anova statistical method. the findings indicated that the hold me tight, let me go educational package had a significant and positive impact on enhancing effective communication between parents and their adolescent daughters.
