بررسی اثربخشی تصویرسازی ارتباطی بر بهبود تاثیر دلزدگی زناشویی، تعارضات زناشویی، نارضایتی جنسی و رفتارهای فرا زناشویی در زنان متاهل متقاضی طلاق در تهران

رابطه زناشویی یکی از مهمترین و پایدارترین روابط بین فردی است که زن و شوهر باهدف رسیدن به تعلق خاطر و آرامش ازدواج می‌کنند؛ دربرخی از موارد زوجین تعلق خاطر و آرامش مورد انتظار خود را از ازدواج به دست نمی‌آورند و دچار مشکلات‏ می‏‏شوند. پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی اثربخشی تصویرسازی ارتباطی بر بهبود الگوهای ارتباطی زوجین تاثیر، دلزدگی زناشویی، تعارضات زناشویی، نارضایتی جنسی و رفتارهای فرا زناشویی در زنان متاهل متقاضی طلاق در تهران انجام شد. پژوهش حاضر از نوع مطالعات نیمه تجربی بود و جامعه آماری پژوهش را زنان متقاضی طلاق مراجعه کننده به مراکز مشاوره خانواده تهران در منطقه دو در سال 1402 تشکیل دادند. ابزار جمع آوری داده‏ها، پرسشنامه‌ی تعارضات زناشویی(براتی و ثنایی، 1375)، مقیاس دلزدگی زناشویی (پاینز، 1966)، پرسش‌نامه رضایت جنسی (لارسون، 1988) و پرسشنامه نگرش به رفتارهای فرا زناشویی (ویتلی، 2006) بود. بررسی نرمال بودن داده‌ها با استفاده از آزمون شاپیرو- ویلک، آزمون تحلیل کواریانس در بخش آزمون استنباطی و آزمون تحلیل واریانس استفاده شد. تمامی آنالیزها توسط نرم افزار آماری spss نسخه 26 در سطح معناداری0.05 انجام شد. نتایج نشان داد، بین گروه‏ها در پس آزمون و پیگیری، دلزدگی زناشویی، تعارضات زناشویی، نارضایتی جنسی و رفتارهای فرا زناشویی تفاوت معنی‌داری وجود داشت(p<0.05) درمان مبتنی بر تصویرسازی ارتباطی در بهبود دلزدگی زناشویی، تعارضات زناشویی، نارضایتی جنسی و رفتارهای فرا زناشویی در زنان متاهل متقاضی طلاق در تهران موثر هستند.

investigating the effectiveness of communication visualization on improving marital boredom, marital conflicts, sexual dissatisfaction and extramarital behaviors in married women seeking divorce in tehran

marital relationship is one of the most important and stable relationships between people who marry with the aim of achieving belonging and peace. in some cases, couples do not get the comfort and peace they expect from marriage and face problems. the present study was conducted with the aim of investigating the effectiveness of communication visualization on improving couples' communication patterns, marital dissatisfaction, marital conflicts, sexual dissatisfaction and extramarital behaviors of married women seeking divorce in tehran. the current research is a semi-experimental study and the statistical population of the research is made up of women applying for divorce who referred to the family counseling centers of the second district of tehran in 1402. the data collection tool was the marital conflicts questionnaire (barati and senai, 2014), the marital boredom scale (pines, 1966), the sexual satisfaction questionnaire (larson, 1988) and the extramarital behavior attitude questionnaire (whitley), 2006. checking the normality of the data was done using the shapiro-wilk test, the covariance analysis test in the inferential test section, and the analysis of variance test was used. all analyzes were performed by spss statistical software version 26 at a significance level of 0.05. the results showed that there is a significant difference between the groups in post-test and follow-up, marital boredom, marital conflicts, sexual dissatisfaction and extramarital behaviors (p<0.05). therapy based on communication imagery is effective in improving marital exhaustion, marital conflicts, sexual dissatisfaction and extramarital behaviors of married women seeking divorce in tehran
