بررسی تاثیر مسئولیت اجتماعی شرکت بر عملکرد زیست‌محیطی با تاکید بر نقش میانجی رهبری تحول آفرین سبز و قابلیت سبز

هدف پژوهش حاضر، بررسی تاثیر مسئولیت اجتماعی شرکت بر عملکرد زیست‌‌محیطی با تاکید بر نقش میانجی رهبری تحول آفرین سبز و قابلیت سبز است. برای این امر از پرسشنامه استاندارد 24 سوالی که چهار بعد مسئولیت اجتماعی، عملکرد زیست‌محیطی، رهبری تحول آفرین سبز، قابلیت سبز را مورد بررسی قرار میدهد، استفاده گردیده است. حجم نمونه بر اساس جدول مورگان شامل 260 نفر از کارکنان واحدهای صنعتی شهرک صنعتی شکوهیه استان قم می‌باشد. روش نمونه‌گیری به صورت تصادفی است. برای بخش مبانی نظری تحقیق، ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات، استفاده از مطالعات کتابخانه‌ای خواهد بود و در پیرامون داده‌های آمار تحقیق نیز، از ابزار پرسشنامه برای شناسایی روابط بین متغیرهای تحقیق استفاده خواهد شد. برای آزمودن فرضیه‌ها از مدل معادلات ساختاری و نرم‌افزار smartpls3.0 استفاده شده است. یافته‌های پژوهش نشان داد که مسئولیت اجتماعی بر عملکرد زیست‌محیطی با نقش میانجی رهبری تحول آفرین سبز و قابلیت سبز تاثیر دارد و به عبارتی نتایج نشان‌دهنده تایید تمامی فرضیات می‌باشد.

investigating the impact of corporate social responsibility on environmental performance with emphasis on the mediating role of green transformational leadership and green capability

the aim of this study is to examine the impact of corporate social responsibility (csr) on environmental performance, with a particular focus on the mediating role of green transformational leadership and green capability. this research seeks to better understand how csr initiatives can influence and enhance environmental outcomes within industrial organizations, especially through internal leadership dynamics and green-oriented competencies. to achieve this objective, a standardized 24-item questionnaire was utilized, which comprehensively assesses four key dimensions: corporate social responsibility, environmental performance, green transformational leadership, and green capability. the statistical population for the study includes employees working in industrial units located in the shokouhieh industrial town, situated in qom province. based on the morgan table, a total sample size of 260 participants was determined. the sampling method applied was simple random sampling to ensure unbiased representation. for the theoretical foundation of the research, data collection was conducted through an extensive review of library resources and academic literature. to collect empirical data and identify the relationships between the key research variables, the aforementioned questionnaire served as the main research instrument. in order to test the proposed hypotheses and evaluate the model, structural equation modeling (sem) was carried out using the smartpls 3.0 software. the findings of the research revealed that corporate social responsibility has a significant impact on environmental performance, and this effect is mediated by both green transformational leadership and green capability. in conclusion, the results confirm the validity of all research hypotheses, emphasizing the critical role of leadership and capability in translating csr into measurable environmental outcomes.
