ارائه مدل توسعه زیست‌بوم کارآفرینی شرکت‌های دانش‌بنیان با تاکید بر آموزش کارآفرینی (مورد مطالعه: شرکت‌های دانش‌بنیان استان کرمانشاه)

سرعت تغییرات جهان در سال‌های کنونی بسیار بالا رفته و عامل اصلی این تحولات دانش است که آینده را غیرقابل‌پیش‌بینی کرده است. شرکت‌های دانش‌بنیان مجموعه‌هایی هستند که در تحولات جهانی نقش ویژه‌ای را بازی می‌کنند و اکتشافات علمی را به‌سوی حل مسائل زندگی بشر هدایت می‌کنند. عدم توسعه زیست‌بوم کارآفرینی این نوع شرکت‌ها می‌تواند باعث ناکارآمدی حرکت کشور با توجه به‌سرعت تحولات جهانی شود. در این راستا، هدف از پژوهش حاضر ارائه مدل توسعه زیست‌بوم کارآفرینی شرکت‌های دانش‌بنیان استان کرمانشاه با تاکید بر آموزش کارآفرینی با روش تحلیل محتوا بود. جامعه مورد مطالعه اساتید دانشگاه رشته کارآفرینی هستند که تجربه آموزش به کسب‌وکارهای دانش‌بنیان را دارند. معیار تعیین حجم نمونه رسیدن به اشباع نظری بود که در این پژوهش با مصاحبه از 9 نفر از خبرگان مورد نظر، اشباع نظری حاصل شد. جمع‌آوری داده‌ها از طریق پرسشنامه نیمه ساختاریافته، مصاحبه عمیق و یادداشت‌برداری صورت گرفت. تجزیه‌وتحلیل اطلاعات با استفاده از کدگذاری باز، محوری و انتخابی انجام گرفت و بر اساس آن مدل پژوهش شکل گرفت. نتایج نشان داد مولفه‌های تشکیل‌دهنده مدل پژوهش بخش زیربنایی متشکل از ارزش‌ها، آموزش، محتوا و زیرساخت‌ها است و بخش روبنایی متشکل از تخصص، منابع، ارتباطات و مشتریان است و توجه به آموزش در توسعه این نوع از زیست‌بوم کارآفرینی تاثیرات عمیق و وسیعی دارد. در پایان پیشنهاد می‌شود برنامه‌های آموزشی مدون باهدف تاثیرگذاری بر بخش‌های روبنایی و زیربنایی اکوسیستم کارآفرینی، برای توسعه آن در دستور کار سازمان‌های آموزشی مانند دانشگاه‌ها و سازمان فنی حرفه‌ای قرار گیرد.

presenting a model for developing the entrepreneurial ecosystem of knowledge based companies with an emphasis on entrepreneurship education (case study: knowledge-based companies in kermanshah province)

the rapid pace of global changes in recent years has been significantly influenced by knowledge, rendering the future unpredictable. knowledge-based companies play a crucial role in global transformations, guiding scientific discoveries toward addressing human life challenges. the lack of development in the entrepreneurship ecosystem for such companies can lead to the inefficiency of a country's progress given the speed of global development. in this regard, the present research aims to present a development model for the entrepreneurship ecosystem of knowledge-based companies in kermanshah province with an emphasis on entrepreneurship education, utilizing content analysis methodology. the study population consisted of entrepreneurship professors who had experience in teaching to knowledge-based businesses. the sample size was determined based on theoretical saturation, and through interviews with 9 experts from the study population, theoretical saturation was achieved. data collection was performed through semi-structured questionnaires, in-depth interviews, and note-taking. data analysis was conducted using open, axial, and selective coding, forming the basis for the research model. the results indicate that the components of the research model consist of a substructure section comprising values, education, content, and infrastructure. the superstructure section includes expertise, resources, communications, and customers and paying attention to education in the development of this type of entrepreneurial ecosystem has deep and extensive effects. in the end, it is suggested that codified educational programs with the aim of influencing the superstructure and infrastructure of the entrepreneurship ecosystem should be included in the agenda of educational organizations such as universities and professional technical organization for its development.
