اثربخشی سیستم اتوماسیون اداری از دیدگاه کارکنان (اتوماسیون ‏بستر شکل گیری سازمان سبز)

یکی از عواملی که می‌تواند در افزایش بهره‌وری نقش مهمی ایفا کند, استفاده بهینه از کاربرد فناوری اطلاعات است که در سازمان‌ها و شرکت‌ها, سیستم‌های کامپیوتری اتوماسیون اداری نقش بسزایی دارند. استفاده از ابزارهایی مانند سیستم‌های اتوماسیون اداری می‌تواند دقت و سرعت انتقال اطلاعات را افزایش بدهد و نقش موثری در کاهش هزینه‌های سازمان داشته باشد. این فناوری به کاهش استفاده روزافزون از کاغذ در اداره‌ها کمک کرده است که تاثیر فوق‌العاده‌ای بر محیط‌زیست داشته است. این پژوهش اثربخشی سیستم اتوماسیون اداری از دیدگاه کارکنان اداره کمیسیون‌های پزشکی و طب کار تامین اجتماعی تهران را مورد بررسی قرار داده است. پژوهش از نوع تحقیقات توصیفی و برحسب هدف کاربردی است. برای سنجش متغیرها از پرسشنامه استفاده‌شده است و روایی آن توسط اساتید مرتبط مورد تائید قرار گرفت. پانزده نفر از کارکنان به‌عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. برای بررسی فرضیات و تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها از آزمون‌های آماری انحراف معیار، واریانس و ‌z‌ استاندارد استفاده‌شده است. با توجه به تحلیل داده‌ها نتایج تحقیق بیانگر تائید فرضیه اصلی است. می‌توان نتیجه گرفت با توجه به تحلیل داده‌ها میزان اثربخشی سیستم اتوماسیون اداری از دیدگاه کارکنان مطلوب است.‌ اداره موردنظر با استفاده از اتوماسیون، اثرات منفی زیست‌محیطی استفاده از کاغذ را در فرایندهای اداری کاهش داده و تصور ذهنی مطلوبی در انظار عمومی به‌عنوان حامی محیط‌زیست سالم ایجاد کرده است.

the effectiveness of the administrative automation system from point of view the employees (automation of the green organization formation platform)

one of the factors that can play an important role in increasing productivity is the optimal use of information technology that in organizations and companies, office automation computer systems play a significant role. the use of tools such as office automation systems can increase the accuracy and speed of information transfer and play an effective role in reducing the organization's costs. this technology has helped to reduce the increasing use of paper in offices, which has had a tremendous impact on the environment. this research has investigated the effectiveness of the administrative automation system from the employees' point of view. the research is a descriptive research type and applied according to the purpose. questionnaires were used to measure the variables and its validity was confirmed. fifteen employees were selected as samples. statistical formulas of standard deviation, variance and standard z have been used to check hypotheses and analyze data. according to the data analysis, the results of the research show the confirmation of the main hypothesis it can be said that according to the data analysis, the effectiveness of the administrative automation system is favorable from the employees' point of view. by using automation, the company in question reduces the negative environmental effects of using paper in administrative processes and creates a favorable mental image in the public eye as a supporter of a healthy environment.
