تحلیل و ارزیابی پارامترهای فرایند نوآوری و ایده پردازی

با شتاب ‌گیری استفاده از شبکه‌های هوشمند در نقاط مختلف دنیا و پیشرفت‌های روزافزون آن، توجه و همگامی با این تکنولوژی و انطباق با تغییرات الکترونیکی از دیدگاه اسناد بالادستی و سند چشم‌انداز کشور، توسعه ملی امری ممکن به نظر می‌رسد. نوآوری در صنعت برق و زیرساخت‌های مرتبط با آن به‌شدت موجب ایجاد ارزش‌افزوده و مزیت رقابتی برای سازمان‌ها و نهادهای مرتبط با این صنعت می‌گردد. بنابراین هدف از این پژوهش، تحلیل و ارزیابی پارامترهای فرایند نوآوری و ایده‌پردازی است. مطالعه حاضر بر اساس هدف کاربردی و ازنظر روش از نوع پیمایشی تحلیلی می‌باشد.‌ ابتدا با انجام مطالعه کتابخانه‌ای و بهره‌گیری از پایگاه‌های علمی، پیشینه تحقیق بررسی و از طریق روش فراترکیب پارامترهای فرایند جذب ایده و نوآوری در سازمان‌ها و مراکز تحقیقاتی شناسایی شد که صاحب‌نظران با آن‌ها تعامل علمی و دانشی دارند. پس از مشخص شدن پارامترهای فرایند و میزان تاثیرگذاری آن‌ها، مدل نظری پژوهش شکل می‌گیرد. سپس از طریق پرسشنامه نظرات 50 نفر از نمونه‌های آماری که از متخصصین دانشگاهی و صاحب‌نظران صنایع مرتبط بودند با استفاده از تکنیک تحلیل مسیر و روش معادلات ساختاری، روابط علی و میزان همبستگی بین متغیرهای مدل نظری پژوهش بررسی شد. نمونه‌ها با استفاده روش نمونه‌گیری انتخابی شناسایی شدند. در این پژوهش با استفاده از روش و ابزارهای مختلف مانند تکنیک حداقل مربعات جزئی و با نرم‌افزار smart pls کیفیت معادلات ساختاری و برازش مدل طراحی‌شده ارزیابی و بهینه‌سازی و درنهایت مورد تایید قرار گرفت. بر اساس تکنیک فراترکیب مقالات و مطالعات گذشته پارامترهای مدیریت دانش، نوآوری باز، ظرفیت مدیریت دانش، ظرفیت نوآوری، سیستم فریمینگ فرایند جذب ایده و نوآوری در سازمان‌ها و مراکز تحقیقاتی را تشکیل می‌دهند. تمامی شاخص‌های تاییدشده در مدل مبین این نکته است که مدل بدست آمده دارای برازش خیلی مناسبی است.

analyzing and evaluating the parameters of the process of innovation and idea generation

with the acceleration of the use of smart networks in different parts of the world and its ever-increasing progress, paying attention and synchronizing with this technology and adapting to electronic changes from the perspective of upstream documents and the country's vision document, national development seems possible. innovation in the electricity industry and related infrastructure strongly creates added value and competitive advantage for organizations and institutions related to this industry.therefore, the purpose of this research is to analyze and evaluate the parameters of the process of innovation and idea generation. the present study is based on the practical purpose and in terms of the method, it is an analytical survey. the present study is based on practical purpose and analytical survey method first, by conducting a library study and using scientific databases, the background of the research was investigated and through the meta-combination method, the parameters of the process of attracting ideas and innovation were identified in organizations and research centers with which experts have scientific and knowledge interaction. after determining the parameters of the process and their effectiveness, the theoretical model of the research is formed. then, through a questionnaire, the opinions of 50 people from the statistical samples who were academic experts and experts in related industries using path analysis technique and structural equation method, the causal relationships and the degree of correlation between the variables of the theoretical research model were investigated. the samples were identified using the selective sampling method. in this research, using different methods and tools such as partial least squares technique and smart pls software the quality of structural equations and fit the designed model it was evaluated and optimized and finally approved. based on the meta-synthesis technique of past articles and studies, the parameters of knowledge management, open innovation, knowledge management capacity, innovation capacity, framing system constitute the process of attracting ideas and innovation in organizations and research centers. all the confirmed indicators in the model show that the obtained model has a very good fit.
