تحلیل عوامل موثر بر پایداری مالی زنجیره تامین صنایع غذایی در دوران همه گیری

در دوران همه‌گیری، حفظ بقای شرکای زنجیره تامین و ایجاد پایداری مالی به‌خصوص در صنایع غذایی اهمیت زیادی پیدا می‌کند، لذا هدف از انجام پژوهش حاضر، شناسایی و رتبه‌بندی عوامل موثر بر پایداری مالی زنجیره تامین صنایع غذایی در دوران همه‌گیری می‌باشد. پژوهش حاضر ازنظر هدف کاربردی و از منظر روش تحقیق از نوع آمیخته می‌باشد. نمونه آماری این تحقیق شامل 15 نفر از خبرگان حوزه مالی در مدیریت زنجیره تامین صنایع غذایی است. شناسایی عوامل بر اساس مرور ادبیات صورت‌گرفته است. سپس بر اساس روش دلفی و با کمک پرسشنامه طی سه مرحله عمل غربالگری صورت گرفته و درنهایت از میان 22 معیار شناسایی‌شده، خبرگان در تائید 14 معیار به اجماع نظر رسیدند و به‌منظور رتبه‌بندی عوامل نهایی از تکنیک فرایند تحلیل سلسله‌مراتبی استفاده شده است. با توجه به نتایج حاصل از فرایند تحلیل سلسله‌مراتبی، مشارکت ذینفعان در دوران همه‌گیری در اولویت اول، مدیریت سیاست‌های تحویل خدمات در اولویت دوم و مدیریت پسماند در دوران همه‌گیری در اولویت سوم قرار دارد. یافته‌های این تحقیق می‌تواند راهگشای مدیران حوزه صنعت غذا در دوران بروز بحران باشد.

analyzing the factors affecting the financial sustainability of the food industry supply chain during the pandemic

during the pandemic, maintaining the survival of the supply chain partners and creating financial sustainability, especially in the food industry, becomes very important, so the purpose of this research is to identifying and ranking the factors affecting the financial sustainability of the food supply chain in a pandemic. this research is mixed method in terms of methodology and practical in terms of purpose. the statistical sample of this research includes 15 financial experts in food industry supply chain management. factors have been identified based on literature review. then, based on the delphi method and with the help of a questionnaire, it was screened in three stages, and finally, among the 22 identified criteria, the experts reached a consensus in confirming 14 criteria, and in order to rank the final factors, the analytic hierarchy process (ahp) technique was used. according to the results of ahp, the participation of stakeholders during the pandemic is the first priority, the management of service delivery policies is the second priority, and the waste management is the third priority during the pandemic. the findings of this research can open the way for the managers of the food industry during the crisis.
