گرز رزم‌افزار فرهمند حامی خجستگان در شاهنامه و آثار حماسی

گرز از ابزار جنگی است که در آثار حماسی به آن بارها اشاره‌ شده است؛ لیکن بازتاب این رزم‌افزار در شاهنامه جلوۀ خاص دارد؛ به‌گونه‌ای که با غور در کیفیت کاربرد آن، متوجه می‌شویم این سلاح در دست هرکسی نمی‌تواند باشد. با بررسی متون کهن به این نتیجه می‌رسیم که این ابزار جنگی، وسیله ای در دست خدایان است و در نبرد دشمنان و اهریمنان از آن استفاده می نمایند. پهلوانان نیز که از این ابزار استفاده می‌کنند، در واقع، هدیۀ الهی را دریافت‌کرده‌اند. پهلوانان بزرگ و خوش‌نام که دارای فر هستند، به زیور گرز آراسته اند. آنها در از بین بردن افراد شوم و همچنین در آخرالزمان که پیروزی نهایی خیر بر شر است، از گرز استفاده می‌شود؛ با توجه به این موارد و همچنین کاربردهای دیگر، به این نتیجه می‌رسیم که گرز از ابزارهای دارای فرۀ ایزدی است که هم خودش و هم به‌کاربرنده‌اش، از عنایت ویژۀ خداوند بهره‌مند هستند. در این مقاله بر آن هستیم تا با موارد استعمال گرز، اثبات‌ نماییم که گرز از رزم‌افزارهایی است که از فره برخوردار است.
