ارزیابی ریسک حریق در منطقه 20 تهران با روش درجه‌بندی ‏خطرحریق (fragm)

پژوهش حاضر بر موضوع عدم ایمنی موجود و ارزیابی ریسک حریق در منطقه 20 تهران(شهرری) در محدوده‌ای از خیابان ‏فداییان اسلام می‌پردازد. ارزیابی کیفی ریسک خطر حریق با روش درجه‌بندی خطرات حریق ‏fragm‏ در محدوده‌ای از این ‏منطقه است. در ابتدا کل محدوده به دو بخش ناحیه 4 در بخش شرقی و ناحیه 2 در بخش غربی خیابان فداییان اسلام ‏تقسیم‌بندی شده و سپس بر اساس هفت شاخص شامل: نوع مصالح ساختمانی، در دسترس بودن منابع حریق، سناریوی ‏اطفای حریق، سیم‌کشی برق، تاریخچه‌ی حریق، دانسیته‌ی ساختمان و قابلیت دسترسی منطقه تجزیه وتحلیل و امتیاز‌بندی ‏شده است. بخش شرقی به 7 زیرقسمت و بخش غربی به ده زیر قسمت تسهیم شده است. طبق یافته‎های پژوهش میانگین ‏کلی مجموع شاخص‌های محدوده‌ی یکم غربی تا دهم غربی، 2/45 با درجه‌ی ارزیابی بالا و میتنگین مجموع ارزیابی ‏شاخص‌های محدوده‌ی یکم‌شرقی الی هفتم شرقی 28/32 بوده است، که با درجه‌ی متوسط رو به بالا ارزیابی شده است. نتایج ‏حاکی از آن است که بیشترین خطر ریسک، در بخش شرقی از نظر مسکونی، مجتمع ارکیده و رازی و از نظر صنعتی خیابان ‏ابراهیمی و کاظم‌زاده است. در بخش غربی کارخانه روغن نباتی ورامین و کارگاه‌های تولید صنعتی در خیابان شهید غیبی ‏فرعی خیابان زهره وند بیشترین ریسک ها را به خود اختصاص داده‌اند. نظارت و بازرسی نسبت به کارگاه‌های غیررسمی و ‏ساماندهی به محدوده‌های رها شده می‌تواند از کاهش ریسک حریق جلوگیری کند. ‏

fire risk assessment in tehran's 20th district with ‎the fire risk grading method

the current research deals with the issue of existing lack of safety and fire risk assessment in the ‎‎20th district of tehran (shahrari) in the area of fadaiyan islam street. qualitative risk assessment of ‎fire risk with the fragm fire risk rating method is in a range of this area. at first, the entire area is ‎divided into two parts, district 4 in the eastern part and district 2 in the western part of fadaiyan ‎islam street, and then based on seven indicators including: type of construction materials, ‎availability of fire sources, fire extinguishing scenario, electrical wiring, fire history, building ‎density and area accessibility are analyzed and scored. the eastern part is divided into 7 sub-parts ‎and the western part is divided into ten sub-parts. according to the findings of the research, the ‎overall average of the total indicators of the western 1st to the western 10th range is 45.2 with a high ‎evaluation degree, while the total evaluation of the indicators of the eastern 1st to the eastern 7th ‎range is 32.28, which is an upward average evaluation grade. has been the results indicate that the ‎greatest risk of risk is in the eastern part in terms of residential, orkideh and razi complex, and in ‎terms of industrial ebrahimi and kazemzadeh streets. in the western part of varamin vegetable oil ‎factory and industrial production workshops in shahid ghaibi street, sub-zohrevand street, the most ‎risks have been assigned to them. monitoring and inspection of informal workshops and organizing ‎abandoned areas can prevent fire risk reduction.‎
