بررسی عوامل موثر در بروز سیل جهت مدیریت خسارات ناشی از آن در ناحیه گردشگری سیرچ

این پژوهش بر روی بررسی سیل در ناحیه گردشگری سیرچ در شرق کرمان متمرکز می باشد. این ناحیه در حاشیه بیابان لوت و کلوت‌های شهداد قرار داشته و توسط سیل‌های غیرعادی سالیانه دچار خسارات زیادی میشود. در این مطالعه جهت بررسی عوامل دخیل در سیل خیزی ناحیه از مدل سازی‌های سه بعدی بر پایه مدل ارتفاعی رقومی srtm، تصاویر ماهواره‌ای لندست 8 و داده‌های زمین‌شناسی و ترکیب آنها در محیط gis استفاده گردیده و وزن دهی لایه های اطلاعاتی بر اساس روش تحلیل سلسله مراتبی فازی استوار بوده است. در این پژوهش مشخص گردید که مهمترین عامل موثر در ایجاد سیل طبیعت واحدهای زمین‌شناختی و شیب ناحیه می‌باشند. مدل سازی‌ها همچنین نشان داده‌اند که بخش مسکونی و گردشگری سیرچ محل بیشترین آسیب در اثر سیل بوده و خواهد بود. احداث تاسیسات سیل‌گیر و تثبیت سطح واحدهای زمین‌شناختی از طریق بهبود پوشش گیاهی مخصوصا در جنوب حوضه آبریز سیرچ مهمترین عوامل موثر در مدیریت و کاهش خسارات سیل در ناحیه مورد مطالعه می‌باشند.

investigating the effective factors in the occurrence of floods in order to manage the damages caused by them in sirach tourism area

this study focuses on the flood the sirch tourism area in the kerman province (se iran). this area is unique location in the margin of the shahdad area. this spectacular and natural area has been hated by abnormal drastic floods eventually every year. this study using 3d modeling and mapping based on the srtm dem and landsat 8 images and compilation of morphology and geology to investigate the flood hazard in the studied area. the data set of this study have compiled and analyzed by gis-ahp method. this study suggests that the main cause of the rapid and abnormal floods is the nature of the geological outcrops and the steep of the watershed. the flood hazard analysis also shows that the main sirch village and tourism site locates in the most hazardous zone. the improvement of the plant cover and construction of flood breakers can control the flood hazard in this area.
