مکان یابی ایستگاه های آتش نشانی در محدوده منطقه 16 شهر تهران با استفاده از gis-fahp

مکان‌یابی واحدهای خدمات شهر مانند ایستگاه‌های آتش‌نشانی در مناطق شهری همواره یکی از موضوعات شهرداری‌ها است که بایستی با دقت زیادی بررسی و تعیین شوند. اثرپذیری کیفیت خدمات و کارآمدی ایستگاه‌های آتش‌نشانی به جانمایی مناسب آن‌ها بسیار وابسته است. ازاین‌رو،‌ در این مطالعه سعی بر آن است تا با بررسی اطلاعات مکانی در ناحیه 2 منطقه 16 شهرداری تهران (محله نازی‌آباد) به تعیین مکان مناسب برای استفاده جهت استقرار ایستگاه آتش‌نشانی پرداخته شود. برای این منظور 8 شاخص اثرگذار بر مکان‌یابی ایستگاه تعیین شدند. از روش تحلیل سلسله مراتبی فازی به‌منظور ارجحیت بندی آن‌ها و تعیین وزن اثر آن‌ها استفاده شد. سپس نقشه‌ها و اطلاعات مکانی هر یک از شاخص‌ها برای منطقه موردمطالعه با استفاده gis تهیه و موردبحث قرار گرفت. درنهایت با تلفیق نقشه‌ها مکان‌های مناسب برای تاسیس ایستگاه آتش‌نشانی با حداکثر کارآمدی مشخص شد. طبق نتایج، نوار جنوبی و قسمتی از ناحیه شمالی محدوده موردبررسی برای ایجاد ایستگاه آتش‌نشانی کاملاً مناسب است. ضلع شمال غربی و غرب ناحیه با توجه به نوع کاربری آن امکان احداث ایستگاه آتش‌نشانی وجود ندارد. همچنین ضلع شرقی و شمالی شرقی نیز وضعیت مشابه ای را دارد.

locating fire stations in the 16th district of tehran using gis-fahp

the location of city service units such as fire stations in urban areas is always one of the issues of municipalities that should be investigated and determined very carefully. the effectiveness of service quality and efficiency of fire stations is highly dependent on their proper location. therefore, in this study, an attempt is made to determine the appropriate place to use for the establishment of a fire station by examining location information in district 16 of tehran municipality (nazi abad district). for this purpose, 8 indicators affecting the location of the station were determined. the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process was used in order to prioritize them and determine the weight of their effect. then spatial information of each of the indicators for the studied area were prepared in arcgis and discussed. finally, by combining the maps, suitable places to establish a fire station with maximum efficiency were determined. according to the results, the southern strip and a part of the northern area of the investigated area are completely suitable for building a fire station. there is no possibility to build a fire station in the northwest and west side of the area due to its usage. also, the eastern and northeastern sides have a similar situation.
