نمود عدالت صحابه در حدیث قرطاس و اعتبار سنجی آن

حدیث قرطاس یا همان لوح و قلم از احادیثی است که در منابع شیعه و سنی بدان‌ها اشاره شده است. در این روایات به اتفاقات زمان وفات پیامبر اکرم (ص) می‌پردازد که در آن حضرت از اطرافیان درخواست لوح و قلم می‌کند که برای ایشان دستوراتی را املا کند که بعد از او دچار اختلاف نشوند. این نوشتار به روش توصیفی تحلیلی و با استفاده از منابع کتابخانه‌ای به بررسی نمود عدالت صحابه در حدیث قرطاس و اعتبار سنجی آن پرداخته که ابتدا سندیت آن از این جهت که به چند طریق در منابع روایی شیعه و اهل‌سنت نقل شده است. همچنین به این روایات را از لحاظ محتوایی مورد بررسی قرار داده که در منابع شیعه به چهار دسته تقسیم می‌شوند، برخی فقط تا زمان سکوت پیامبر اکرم (ص) را نقل نموده‌اند، برخی دیگر می‌گویند که پیامبر (ص) وصایای سه‌گانه‌ای را ابلاغ نمودند، برخی دیگر به وصیت ایشان به عباس عموی خویش و امتناع ایشان از قبول وصیت و پذیرش آن توسط امام علی (ع) اشاره کرده و دسته آخر به وصیت پیامبر (ص) و معرفی دوازده جانشین خود با اسم پرداخته است. در منابع اهل‌سنت این روایات از لحاظ محتوایی تقریباً شامل دسته اول و دوم در منابع شیعه هستند، البته با اختلاف جزئی.

quarts hadith (hadith of tablet and pen), is one of the hadiths mentioned in shia and sunni sources. about the hadith deals with the events of the time of the death of the holy prophet (pbuh), where he asked the people around him for a tablet and a pen to spell out instructions for them so that they would not have disputes after him. this article examines the justice of the companions in the hadith of quarts and validates by in a descriptive and analytical method using library sources. first of all, its authenticity is due to the fact that it has been narrated in several ways in shia and sunni narrative sources. we also examined these hadiths from the point of view of content, which are divided into four categories in shia sources. some of these hadiths have narrated the story until the prophet's silence. others mentioned the prophet assigning uncle abbas as his executor, and its refusal by abbas and its acceptance by imam ali (as).the last group discussed the prophet's (pbuh) will and his introducing his twelve successors by names. in sunni sources, such hadiths almost include the first and second category also presented in shia sources, although with slight differences.
