فرا اخلاق و محیط یادگیری مجازی: کاوش در مرزهای نوین آموزش و اخلاق

در محیط‏های یادگیری مجازی با توجه به عدم حضور فیزیکی افراد در این فضاها و محدودیت‏های ارتباطی که وجود دارد، توجه به جنبه‏های فرا اخلاقی بسیار موردتوجه قرار دارد؛ لذا هدف پژوهش حاضر تبیین مولفه‏های فرا اخلاقی در محیط یادگیری مجازی است. این پژوهش، ازنظر هدف کاربردی و ازلحاظ ماهیت داده از نوع کیفی و از نوع تحلیل متنی است که در گردآوری داده‏ها از روش اسناد کاوی استفاده شد. در این پژوهش از روش مروری روایتی استفاده شد که جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل مقالات مرتبط با مولفه‏های فرا اخلاق و محیط یادگیری مجازی بود. برای رسیدن به این هدف، پایگاه‏های اطلاعاتی google scholar، web of science، scopus، magiran و sciencedirect و مطالعات مروری جست‏وجو شد. درنهایت، از 61 مقاله به‏دست‏آمده، 21 مقاله بر اساس و با معیار 43 سوال بِتِن و نرم‏افزار pop انتخاب شد و با ابزار فیش‏برداری، داده‏ها جمع‏آوری شد و تجزیه‏وتحلیل داده‏ها این پژوهش در چهار مرحله توصیف، تحلیل، استنتاج و تبیین انجام پذیرفت. نتایج نشان می‏دهد، رعایت اصول فرا اخلاق از سوی نیروی انسانی به پیاده‏سازی ‏بهتر راهبردهای یادگیری مجازی در نظام تعلیم‏ و تربیت کمک می‏کند. همچنین نتایج نشان داد، اخلاق مهم‏ترین عامل تداوم حیات محیط‏های یادگیری مجازی است و نقش مهمی در رشد و پیشرفت نظام آموزشی ایفا می‏کند. در مقاله حاضر با توجه به تجزیه‏وتحلیل swot به بررسی نقاط قوت، ضعف، فرصت‏ها و تهدیدهای مولفه‏های فرا اخلاق در محیط یادگیری مجازی پرداخته شد؛ بنابراین شناخت و کاربست مولفه‏های فرا اخلاق، در محیط یادگیری مجازی می‏تواند بهبود روابط بین شرکت‏کنندگان، افزایش کیفیت ارائه مطالب آموزشی و تقویت اعتماد افراد را فراهم نماید.

metaethics and virtual learning environments: exploring new frontiers in education and ethic

with the advancement of technology, virtual learning environments have gained significant importance, and the absence of physical interactions in these settings has underscored the necessity of addressing metaethical issues. therefore, the purpose of the current research; explaining the components of metaethics in the virtual learning environment. to achieve this goal, google scholar, web of science, scopus, magiran and sciencedirect databases and review studies were searched. finally, out of 61 articles obtained, 20 articles were verified, and their results were reviewed. the results show that compliance with the principles of metaethics and ethics by the human force helps to implement virtual learning strategies in the education system as best as possible. also, the research showed that ethics is the most important factor in the continuity of life and the successful continuation of virtual learning environments and plays an important role in the growth and development of the educational system. in this article, according to the swot analysis, the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats of the metaethical components in the virtual learning environment were examined. therefore, the implementation of meta-ethical components in the virtual learning environment can improve the relationships between participants, increase the quality of providing educational materials, and strengthen people's trust.
