طراحی مدل معادلات ساختاری نقش رهبری دیجیتال بر تصمیم گیری هوشمند مدیران مدارس

این پژوهش با هدف مطالعه نقش رهبری دیجیتال بر تصمیم‌گیری هوشمند انجام گرفت. پژوهش از لحاظ هدف کاربردی و از بعد شیوه‌ی اجرا رویکرد مدل‌سازی معادله ساختاری ماتریس همبستگی- کوواریانس محور است. جامعه‌ی پژوهش، کلیه‌ی مدیران مدارس ابتدایی استان کرمانشاه بودند که از این جامعه با روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی طبقه‌ای نسبتی و بر مبنای فرمول کوکران، نمونه ای به حجم 320 نفر انتخاب شد. ابزارها شامل پرسشنامه های محقق ساخته رهبری دیجیتال و تصمیم‌گیری هوشمند بود که روایی محتوایی از نظر متخصصان مورد تایید قرار گرفت. پایایی پرسشنامه‌‌ها از طریق آلفای کرونباخ برای رهبری دیجیتال 0.94 و تصمیم‌گیری هوشمند 0.95 محاسبه شد. برای تحلیل داده‌ها از تکنیک‌های تحلیل توصیفی و تحلیل استنباطی با استفاده از نرم‌افزارهای spss و lisrel استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد رهبری دیجیتال دارای اثر مثبت و معنادار بر تصمیم گیری هوشمند مدیران است؛ همچنین رهبری دیجیتال قادر به تبیین 25 درصد واریانس تصمیم گیری هوشمند مدیران است. بنابراین یکی از عواملی که می تواند بر اراتقا تصمیم گیری هوشمند مدیران موثر باشد سبک رهبری دیجیتال می باشد.

designing a structural equation model of the role of digital leadership on the intelligent decision-making of school administrators

this research was conducted with the aim of studying the role of digital leadership on intelligent decision making. the research is applied in terms of the objective and in terms of the method of implementation, the structural equation modeling approach of the correlation-covariance matrix is oriented. the research population was all principals of elementary schools in kermanshah province, and a sample of 320 people was selected from this population using proportional stratified random sampling based on cochran's formula. the tools included researcher-made questionnaires of digital leadership and intelligent decision-making, whose content validity was confirmed by experts. the reliability of the questionnaires was calculated through cronbach's alpha for digital leadership 0.94 and intelligent decision-making 0.95. descriptive analysis and inferential analysis techniques were used for data analysis using spss and lisrel software. the results showed that digital leadership has a positive and meaningful effect on managers' intelligent decision-making; also, digital leadership is able to explain 25% of the variance of managers' intelligent decision-making. therefore, one of the factors that can influence the intelligent decision making of managers is the digital leadership style.
