ژئوپلیتیک نوظهور، سیاست همسایگی جمهوری اسلامی ایران؛ علل و نمودها

سیاست همسایگی و شرق‌گرایی یک راهبرد استراتژیک در سیاست خارجی ج.ا.ا محسوب می‌شود که به‌عنوان فضایی مجزا و در تقابل با هژمونی‌گرایی آمریکا و کشورهای غربی در نظر گرفته‌شده است. این تحقیق به بررسی علت اساسی توجه و اهمیت دادن به سیاست همسایگی  و نمودهای آن در سیاست خارجی می‌پردازد. این مطالعه با استفاده از روش توصیفی تحلیلی، به بررسی عناصر کلیدی مانند ایجاد موازنه با غرب، تغییرات در جریان‌های مالی از غرب به آسیا، وابستگی آمریکا به تحریم‌های اقتصادی، تحولات ژئوپولیتیک، از جمله تغییر در اتحادهای سنتی خاورمیانه، ظهور بازیگران غیردولتی و فراملی، پیمان ابراهیم و تقابل با محور مقاومت، بحران غزه و بحران سوریه و تاکید بر چندجانبه‌گرایی و امنیت منطقه‌ای می‌پردازد. یافته‌ها نشان می‌دهند که این عوامل به طور جمعی مهمترین علت اتخاذ سیاست همسایگی و شرق گرایی جمهوری اسلامی ایران هستند که امکان هم‌راستایی با کشورهای همسایه در مسائل بین‌المللی را در میان محدودیت‌های قابل توجهی که نظام بین‌المللی و محیط منطقه‌ای ایجاد نموده، فراهم می‌آورند. در نهایت، این تحقیق پتانسیل سیاست همسایگی ایران را برای مقابله با این چالش‌ها و بهبود روابط خارجی‌اش مورد تاکید قرار می‌دهد.

emerging geopolitical dynamics and analysis of the neighborhood policy of the islamic republic of iran

neighborhood policy and orientalism are considered a strategic strategy in the foreign policy of the republic of iran، which is considered as a separate space and in opposition to the hegemony of the united states and western countries. this research examines the fundamental reason for paying attention and attaching importance to neighborhood policy and its manifestations in foreign policy. using a descriptive-analytical method، this study examines key elements such as the creation of a balance with the west، changes in financial flows from the west to asia، america's dependence on economic sanctions، geopolitical developments including changes in traditional alliances in the middle east، the emergence of non-state and transnational actors، the abraham accords and confrontation with the axis of resistance، the gaza crisis and the syrian crisis، and the emphasis on multilateralism and regional security. the findings show that these factors collectively are the most important reasons for the adoption of the islamic republic of iran's neighborhood policy and orientalism، which provide the possibility of alignment with neighboring countries on international issues amidst significant constraints created by the international system and regional environment. finally، this research emphasizes the potential of iran's neighborhood policy to address these challenges and improve its foreign relations.
