عوامل ژئوپلیتیکی نفوذ و محدود سازی داعش در منطقه خاورمیانه

یکی از مناطق مهمی که به صورت ساختاری مرکز نفوذ ابرقدرت‏های مدعی بوده، منطقه‌ خاورمیانه است که کنش‏ها و پویش‏های برخاسته از این مسئله نیز با سیری گسترشی روبه‏رو بوده است و از جمله‌ این کنش‏ها ظهور داعش است. شرایط پیش‏آمده از ناآرامی‏ها‏ی منطقه ‏ای، بروز خلا قدرت و امنیت در سطح منطقه، رقابت‏های ژئوپلیتیک قدرت‏های منطقه ‏ای و بازیگری قدرت‏های فرامنطقه ‏ای زمینه‏ های شکل‏ گیری و گسترش دامنه‌ نفوذ گروه داعش را فراهم نموده است. این گروه به دلیل عوامل ژئوپلیتیکی نمی‏تواند در درازمدت قادر به حفظ بقای خود باشد، اما از طرفی دیگر شناخت فعالیت‏های سازمان‏دهی شده‌ این گروه نیز واجب و ضروری است. زیرا حضور داعش در منطقه‌ غرب آسیا و در سرزمین‏های همجوار ایران با وجود حمایت ‏های بی ‏دریغ برخی از قدرت‏های فرامنطقه ‏ای به‏ عنوان یکی از رخدادهای مهم حائز اهمیت است. گروه تکفیری داعش سعی دارد با گسترش کنش‏های سیاسی خود از طریق تاثیرات ژئوپلیتیک‏، حکومت ایدئولوژیک خود را در منطقه‌ خاورمیانه مهیا نماید. این گروه تروریستی با اقدامات انحصارگرایانه و ایدئولوژیکش برای مبارزه با هویت ملی، جامعه را قطب‏ بندی کرده و امنیت را مختل می‏کند. ذکر این نکته ضروری است که در منطقه‌ خاورمیانه ایجاد هرگونه بحرانی هم می‏تواند کشورهای منطقه و هم سیستم بین المللی را وادار به واکنش نماید. لذا این پژوهش که با روش توصیفی-تحلیلی تدوین گردیده در پی یافتن مهم‏ترین عوامل ژئوپلیتیک ظهور داعش، تداوم فعالیت، و یا محدود شدن فعالیت آن در منطقه خاورمیانه است.

one of the most important areas that has been structurally the center of influence of the superpowers as claimants is the middle east، where the actions movements arising from this influence have increased. one example of these actions is the emergence of isis. conditions resulted from the regional unrest، the lack of power and security at the regional level، the geopolitical competition among regional powers، and the role played by the transnational powers have provided the grounds for the formation and expansion of the influence of isis، but this group cannot maintain its survival in the long run due to the geopolitical factors. on the other hand، it is necessary to understand the organized activities of this group because the presence of isis in the west asian region and in the neighboring territories of iran، despite the unsparing support of some trans -regional powers as one of the most important events is highly significant. isis is trying to establish its ideological government in the middle east through the expansion of its political actions due to the geopolitical effects. this terrorist group، with its monopoly and ideological measures to combat the national identity of society، polarizes and disrupts security. it is important to note that in the middle east، each crisis can force the countries of the region and the international system to react. thus، this study، using an analytical method، revolves around the following question: what are the most important geopolitical factors of isis in the middle east. the hypothesis formulated to answer this question is that these influential geopolitical factors have provided the basis for the establishment، influence and restriction of isis in the middle east.
