اولویت بندی راهبردهای توسعه سیاسی شهرستان خرم آباد

در زمینۀ توسعۀ شهری، اولویت بندی راهبردهای سیاسی نقش اساسی در شکل گیری شهرهای پایدار و فراگیر دارد. توسعۀ سیاسی شهر، فرآیندی پیچیده و چندوجهی است که در پی افزایش مشارکت شهروندان، تقویت نهادهای دموکراتیک و بهبود کیفیت زندگی در شهرهاست. شناسایی و اولویت بندی راهبرد های مناسب برای توسعۀ سیاسی در هر شهرستان بسیار مهم است. خرم آباد به عنوان یک شهرستان شاخص در ایران با چالش ها و فرصت های منحصر به فردی در حوزۀ توسعۀ سیاسی مواجه است. این پژوهش از نظر هدف، کاربردی و از نظر روش، توصیفی- تحلیلی است. روش گردآوری داده ها و اطلاعات به صورت کتابخانه ای، اسنادی و پیمایشی (ابزار پرسشنامه محقق ساخته) است. جامعۀ آماری پژوهش شامل30 نفر از کارشناسان متخصص و خبرۀ مرتبط با موضوع پژوهش است که بر اساس نمونه گیری هدفمند تدریجی انتخاب شده اند. برای تحلیل داده ها از روش تحلیل سلسله مراتبی  (ahp) بهره گرفته شده است. یافته های تحقیق نشان می دهد که مشارکت شهروندان (با میانگین 1.47)، جنبش های اجتماعی شهری (با میانگین 1.84) و نقش رسانه ها و گروه های مدافع خرم آباد (با میانگین 1.45) سه موضوع مهم و با اهمیت در راهبردهای توسعۀ سیاسی این شهرستان هستند که می بایست مورد توجه قرار گیرند. نتایج این پژوهش نشان می‌دهد که توسعۀ سیاسی در خرم‌آباد، نیازمند رویکردی جامع و چندجانبه است که لازم است تمامی بازیگران سیاسی، اجتماعی و اقتصادی در آن مشارکت فعال داشته باشند.

prioritizing strategies for political development in khorramabad city

in the field of urban development, the prioritization of political strategies plays anessential role in the formation of sustainable and inclusive cities. the politicaldevelopment of the city is a complex and multifaceted process that seeks to increasecitizen participation, strengthen democratic institutions, and improve the quality of life incities. identifying and prioritizing appropriate strategies for political development in eachcity is very important. as an important city in iran, khorramabad faces unique challengesand opportunities in the field of political development. this applied research used adescriptive-analytical method. data were collected through library, document, and survey(researcher-made questionnaire tool). the statistical population of the research included30 qualified experts in the research subject, who were selected based on gradualpurposeful sampling. analytical hierarchy (ahp) method was used for data analysis. thefindings of the research show that citizens' participation (with an average of 1.47), urbansocial movements (with an average of 1.84) and the role of the media and khorramabadadvocacy groups (with an average of 1.45) are three important issues in the politicaldevelopment strategies of this city that should be taken into consideration. the results ofthis research show that political development in khorramabad requires a comprehensiveand multilateral approach in which all political, social and economic actors shouldactively participate.
