تبیین تاثیر نبود سازمان های منطقه ای بر وضعیت رشد اقتصادی در مناطق اروپای مرکزی، شرقی و آسیای مرکزی بین سال های 2008 تا 2015 از منظر ژئوپولیتیکی

یکی از موضوعات و مسائلی که امروزه و در عصر اطلاعات، بر روند توسعه و پیشرفت کشورها تاثیر گذار است، شکل گیری اتحادیه های منطقه ای و سازمان های منطقه ای است. با نگاهی به گسترۀ جهان، مشاهده می گردد که کشورها در تشکل های منطقه ای در همه جای دنیا، نتوانسته اند به یک پیوند و گروهبندی منطقه ای دست پیدا کنند؛ این در حالی است که شکل گیری سازمان های منطقه ای بر روند توسعۀ کشورها در تمام ابعاد آن، تاثیرگذار است؛ چنان که اتحادیه اروپا این موضوع را نمایان کرده است. در منطقۀ اروپای مرکزی و شرقی، شکل گیری سازمانی منطقه ای که بتواند مسیر توسعه به ویژه توسعۀ اقتصادی را سرعت بخشد، هنوز ایجاد نشده است اما در آسیای مرکزی با وجود اتحادیۀ اقتصادی اوراسیا و حتی سازمان همکاری شانگهای، کشورهای این منطقه از رشد اقتصادی متناسب با موقعیت ژئواستراتژیک منطقه ای، برخوردار نیستند. با وجود این، کشورهای یادشده به دلیل تاثیری که بر نظام بین الملل دارند، همچنان در کانون توجه قرار دارند. هدف اصلی این مقاله، تبیین تاثیر نبود سازمانهای منطقه ای بر وضعیت رشد اقتصادی کشورهای مناطق اروپای مرکزی و شرقی و آسیای مرکزی است. روش تحقیق انجام گرفته در این مقاله، توصیفی-تحلیلی و با استفاده از منابع کتابخانه ای است. نتایج یافته ها، نشان می دهند که هر چند در این مناطق رشد اقتصادی وجود داشته است، به دلیل بحران های منطقه ای و بین المللی و همچنین نبود یک سازمان منطقه ای، رشد اقتصادی در اروسپای مرکزی و شرقی و آسیای مرکزی، ثبات پایدار و مداومی نداشته است.

explaining the effect of the absence of regional organizations on the state of economic growth in the regions of central europe, eastern europe and central asia between 2008-2015 from a geopolitical perspective

one of the topics and issues that influence the development and progress of countriestoday and in the age of information is the formation of regional unions and regionalorganizations. looking at the scope of the world, we can see that countries in regionalorganizations all over the world have not been able to achieve a regional link and regionalgrouping, while the formation of regional organizations influences the developmentprocess of countries in all its dimensions, as the european union has shown this issue. inthe central and eastern european region, the formation of a regional organization that canspeed up the path of development, especially economic development, has not yet beenestablished, but in central asia, despite the existence of the eurasian economic unionand even the shanghai cooperation organization, the countries of this region areexperiencing economic growth. they are not suitable for the regional geostrategicposition. however, due to the influence of these regions on the international system, theyare still in the center of attention. the main purpose of this article is to explain the effectof the absence of regional organizations on the economic growth of countries in centraleurope, eastern europe and central asia. the research method used in this article isdescriptive-analytical and library sources were utilized. the results of the findings showthat although there has been economic growth in these regions, due to the regional andinternational crises as well as the lack of a regional organization, economic growth incentral and eastern europe and central asia is not stable. it has not been stable andcontinuous
