تبیین ژئوپلیتیک اقتصاد مواد مخدر بر امنیت ملی جمهوری اسلامی ایران

امنیت قوی ترین مقوله ای است که غالباً واحدهای سیاسی را تعین بخشیده است. امروزه تهدیدهای ژئوپلیتیک، کشورها را با تمام داشته هایشان دچار تهدید می کند. یکی از خطرناک ترین این تهدیدها، به مواد مخدر و پیامدهای اقتصادی آن برمی گردد. تهدیدهای ناشی از این حوزه از آن جهت ژئوپلیتیک هستند که تمام تار و پود جامعه را تحت تاثیر قرار می دهند و سپس کلیت کشور و امنیت ملی را به خطر می اندازند. بدین صورت، مواد مخدر به فرد و خانواده، جامعه و ساختار حکومت حمله می کند و اثرات اقتصادی – سیاسی و امنیتی بنیادینی برجای می گذارد. از این رو، پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی ژئوپلیتیک پیامدهای اقتصادی مواد مخدر و مکانیسم های اثرگذاری آن در سه سطح یادشده با روش ترکیبی (کمی – کیفی) می‌پردازد. یافته ها گویای آن است که اقتصاد مواد مخدر، نخست فرد و خانواده را به‌عنوان اولین و بنیادین‌ترین سلول و هستۀ اقتصادی کشور درگیر می کند و پیکرۀ جامعه را از وجود نیروی تولیدی و خلاق محروم می‌کند؛ سپس در سطح ساختار بوروکراتیک دولت وارد می شود و با عدم شفافیت، موجب فساد مالی (پولشویی) شده، به عنوان تهدیدی ژئوپلیتیک، امنیت ملی را متاثر می سازد.

explaining the geopolitics of the drug economy on the national security of the islamic republic of iran

security is the strongest category that has determined political units. today, geopoliticalthreats threaten countries with all their assets. one of the most dangerous threats is relatedto drugs and its economic consequences. the threats from this field are geopoliticalbecause they affect the whole fabric of society and then endanger the entire country andnational security. in doing so, drugs attack the individual, the family, the society and thegovernment structure, and have fundamental economic-political and security effects.therefore, the current research aims to investigate the geopolitics of the economicconsequences of narcotic drugs and the mechanisms of its impact on the three mentionedlevels with a combined (quantitative-qualitative) method. the findings show that the drugeconomy initially affects the individual and the family as the first and most fundamentalcell and economic core of the country, and deprives the society of the productive andcreative force. then, it enters the level of the bureaucratic structure of the government andcauses financial corruption (money laundering) due to lack of transparency, and as ageopolitical threat, it affects national security.
