علت وجودی عراق: تداوم یا فروپاشی

علت وجودی، مفهومی مهم و حساس در جغرافیای سیاسی است. اینکه چه عامل یا عواملی موجب پیدایش و استمرار و تداوم یک کشور می‎شود، علت وجودی و بقای کشور است. برخی از کشورها دارای علت وجودی قوی و برخی دیگر نیز از علت وجودی ضعیفی برخوردارند. در این پژوهش در راستای غنا بخشیدن به این مفهوم، با مطالعه موردی کشور عراق سعی شده است که علت یا علل وجودی این کشور مورد بررسی قرار گیرد. این مقاله به روش توصیفی تحلیلی انجام شده و اطلاعات مورد نیاز از راه مطالعات کتابخانه ای و اسنادی گردآوری شده است. هدف مقاله این است تا به این پرسش پاسخ داده شود که علت وجودی ضعیف عراق، عدم وجود اندیشۀ سیاسی قوی و ضعف وحدت ملی این کشور نهایتاً به جدائی و تجزیه خواهد انجامید؟ این پرسش و پرسش‎هایی دیگر در این پژوهش مورد بررسی قرار گرفته‎اند. مقاله بر  این فرض استوار است که ناتوانی حکومت های مختلف عراق در ارائه یک اندیشه سیاسی جایگزین علّت وجودی همه گیر، موجب جلوگیری از شکل گیری یک هویت ملّی فراگیر و قابل قبول در میان احاد ملت عراق شده است و این سبب بی ثباتی درکشور عراق و نیز به عدم انجام فرایند تشکیل دولت- ملّت شده است.

iraq's reason for existence: continuity or collapse

the cause of existence is an important and sensitive concept in political geography. whatfactor or factors cause the emergence and continuation of a country is the reason for itsexistence and survival. some countries have a strong raison d'être and others have a weakraison d'être. in this research, in order to enrich this concept, with the case study of iraq,it has been tried to investigate the cause or causes of existence of this country. thisresearch was carried out using descriptive and analytical method and the requiredinformation was collected through library and documentary sources. the purpose of thearticle is to answer the question exploring whether the reason for iraq's weak existence,the absence of a strong political thought and the weakness of the national unity of thiscountry will ultimately lead to separation and disintegration. this question and otherquestions have been investigated in this research. the article is based on the assumptionthat the inability of different iraqi governments to present a comprehensive idea and causeof existence has prevented the formation of a unified and accepted national identity amongthe residents of iraq. this has caused instability in the country of iraq and the state andnation-building process has not been completed.
