چکیده
|
هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی چالش ها و آسیب های موجود در نظام آموزشی می باشد. این پژوهش از نظر هدف و ماهیت از نوع تحقیقات کاربردی، از نظر فلسفه پژوهش کیفی بوده و از نظر روش اجرا از نوع مطالعات ثانوی و فراترکیب است. جامعۀ آماری این پژوهش مقالات منتشر شده در نشریات معتبر داخلی و خارجی می باشد. ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات مطالعه اسناد و مدارک موجود بود. در فرایند تحلیل 301 مقاله در مرحله اول مورد مطالعه قرار گرفت. معیار پذیرش مقالات بازۀ زمانی مطالعه، جامعه و نوع مطالعه، تناسب با عنوان، محتوا و هدف پژوهش بود. مقالات نامرتبط در چند مرحله حذف شدند. درنهایت 23 مقاله وارد فرایند فراترکیب شده و مورد بررسی دقیق قرار گرفتند. یافته ها حاکی از آن است که سند تحول بنیادین آموزش و پرورش، علی رغم نقاط قوت و ظرفیت های فراوان با چالش هایی همچون جهانی شدن آموزش و پرورش، چالش های سیاستگذاری، کوتاهی در آموزش مهارت های اخلاقی، هنری و عملی، چالش های مالی، چالش های ارتباطی، کمرنگ بودن نقش اولیاء و جامعه در سازمان آموزش و پرورش، چالش های مفهومی، عدم آشنایی معلمان و اساتید با روش های نوین تدریس، چالش های مدیریتی، چالش های قانون گذاری و چالش های اجرایی مواجه است. بخش اصلی چالش ها به چالش های مدیریتی مربوط می شود. عدم توجه به این چالش ها می تواند منجربه ایجاد مشکلات هویت یابی و تاخیر در جامعه پذیری و عدم یادگیری مهارت های زندگی اجتماعی و محتویات درسی در دانش آموزان شده و برای نظام آموزشی هزینه های گزافی را به دنبال داشته باشد. بنابراین، ساختار آموزش و پرورش برای غلبه بر چالش های موجود در سازمان آموزش و پرورش در دنیای ووکا، باید در زمینه هایی همچون تمرکززدایی، فناوری سطح بالا، تشکیل کمیته های تخصصی، و مشارکت کارکنان، تحت تاثیر جهانی شدن قرار گیرد. اگر نظام آموزشی یک کشور چالش های آموزشی خود را مدیریت نکند، همه سطوح و اجزاء جامعه (نظام اجتماعی کل) دچار نوسان و آسیب شده، در نتیجه آهنگ توسعه کند و در درازمدت متوقف می شود. بنابراین، براساس نیازهای دانش آموزان نسل آلفا می توان اینگونه استنباط نمود که نیاز به بازنگری در اهداف، محتوا، روش تدریس و برنامه ریزی در آموزش وجود دارد، به نحوی که شالوده آن براساس نیازهای جامعه استوار گردد.

Abstract
|
the present study aims to examine the challenges and detriments existing within the educational system. from the standpoint of objective and nature, this research is categorized as applied; in terms of research philosophy, it is qualitative; and regarding its implementation method, it involves secondary studies and meta-synthesis. the statistical population of this study comprises articles published in reputable domestic and international journals. the data-gathering instrument was the review of existing documents and records. in the analysis process, 301 articles were examined in the first stage. the criteria for accepting articles included: the study’s time frame, population and type of study, alignment with the title, content, and research objective. irrelevant articles were eliminated in multiple rounds. ultimately, 23 articles entered the meta-synthesis process and were subjected to detailed review. the findings indicate that the fundamental transformation document of education and training, despite its numerous strengths and capacities, faces challenges such as the globalization of education and training; policy-making challenges; shortcomings in teaching ethical, artistic, and practical skills; financial challenges; communication challenges; the diminished role of parents and society within the education and training organization; conceptual challenges; lack of familiarity among teachers and professors with modern teaching methods; managerial challenges; legislative challenges; and executive challenges. the principal portion of these challenges pertains to managerial issues. neglecting these challenges can lead to identity formation problems, delays in socialization, and failures to acquire social life skills and curricular content among students, thereby imposing exorbitant costs on the educational system. therefore, the structure of education and training, in order to overcome the existing challenges within the education and training organization in the vuca world, must—particularly in areas such as decentralization, high-level technology, formation of specialized committees, and staff participation—be influenced by globalization. if a country’s educational system does not manage its educational challenges, all levels and components of society (the entire social system) will experience fluctuations and damage; consequently, the pace of development will slow and, in the long term, come to a halt. hence, based on the needs of generation alpha students, it can be inferred that there is a necessity to revise educational objectives, content, teaching methods, and planning in education, in such a manner that its foundation be firmly grounded on societal needs.
