پیش‌بینی مهارت‌های‌حرفه‌ای معلمان مدارس ابتدایی براساس مسئولیت‌پذیری اجتماعی و خلاقیت

هدف پژوهش حاضر پیش بینی مهارت های حرفه ای معلمان مدارس ابتدایی قم براساس مسئولیت پذیری اجتماعی و خلاقیت بود. روش تحقیق توصیفی از نوع همبستگی بوده و جامعه آماری شامل 746 نفر از معلمان مدارس ابتدایی آموزش وپرورش استان قم بودند. براساس فرمول کوکران، و به شیوه تصادفی طبقه ای، 254 نفر به عنوان نمونه مورد مطالعه، انتخاب شدند. برای گردآوری داده ها از سه «پرسشنامه مهارت های حرفه ای» حاجی زاده (1390)، «مسئولیت پذیری اجتماعی» کارول (1991) و «خلاقیت» عابدی (1372)، به ترتیب با پایایی 0.80، 0.84 و 0.90 مطابق آلفای کرانباخ استفاده شد. تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها براساس آزمون های تحلیل رگرسیون و همبستگی پیرسون، در قالب نرم افزارspss نشان داد که بین مسئولیت پذیری اجتماعی و خلاقیت با مهارت حرفه ای، رابطه معناداری وجود دارد. مسئولیت پذیری اجتماعی 0.29 و خلاقیت 5.4، واریانس تغییرات مهارت های حرفه ای معلمان مدارس ابتدایی را پیش بینی می کند. با توجه به یافته ها می توان نتیجه گیری کرد که برای توسعه مهارت های حرفه ای معلمان مدارس ابتدایی، باید روی ارتقاء مسئولیت پذیری اجتماعی آنان بیشتر از خلاقیت برنامه ریزی شود.

prediction of professional skills of primary school teachers based on social responsibility and creativity

the purpose of the present study was to predict the professional skills of primary school teachers in qom based on their social responsibility and creativity. the descriptive research method used in this study is of the correlation type. the statistical population included 746 primary school teachers in qom province. based on cochran's formula and using the stratified random method, a study sample of 254 people was selected. to collect data, three questionnaires were used: the professional skills questionnaire by hajizadeh (2019), the social responsibility questionnaire by carroll (1991), and the creativity questionnaire by abedi (2012). the reliability of these questionnaires, as measured by cronbach's alpha, was 0.80, 0.84, and 0.90, respectively. data analysis, conducted using regression analysis and pearson correlation tests in spss software, revealed a significant relationship between social responsibility and creativity with professional skills. social responsibility (0.29) and creativity (5.4) predict the variance in changes in professional skills among primary school teachers. according to the findings, it can be concluded that in order to enhance the professional skills of primary school teachers, it is necessary to prioritize the promotion of their social responsibility over creativity.
