ارائه الگوی تاب آوری مالی در صنعت هتلداری جهت پیش بینی درماندگی مالی

اخیرا بحران کووید-19، صنعت هتلداری را با مخاطرات مالی زیادی مواجه نموده است، به گونه ای که به دلیل عدم کسب درآمد، منجر به تعطیلی برخی هتل ها و بیکاری کارکنان آنها شده است. ازاین رو تاب‌آوری مالی صنعت هتلداری جهت پیش بینی درماندگی مالی مورد توجه قرار گرفت. در این پژوهش، الگوی تاب آوری مالی صنعت هتلداری در راستای پیش بینی درماندگی مالی با رویکرد کمی (مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری) ارائه شده است. پس از مروری بر پیشینه پژوهش، نگرش مدیران هتل از طریق یک پرسشنامه‌ی محقق ساخته، بررسی شد. شرکت کنندگان از بین 135 هتل استان تهران در بهار 1402 انتخاب شدند. روش پژوهش حاضر توصیفی- همبستگی می‌باشد. به‌منظور تحلیل داده‌ها از مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری استفاده شد. نتایج نشان می دهد عامل مداخله گر حفظ محیط زیست بر تاب آوری مالی صنعت هتلداری جهت پیش بینی درماندگی مالی تاثیر چندانی ندارد. بنابراین، صنعت هتلداری می تواند جهت پیش بینی درماندگی مالی از طریق به کارگیری راهبرد های شناسایی شده، زمینه را برای تاب آوری مالی فراهم نماید تا این صنعت بتواند در شرایط بحران، از لحاظ مالی تاب آور شده و به حیات خود ادامه دهد.

financial resilience model in the hotel industry to predict financial distress

recently, covid-19 crisis has faced the hotel industry with many financial risks, which has led to the closure of some hotels and the unemployment of their employees due to the lack of income. therefore, the financial resilience of hotel industry was taken into account to predict financial distress. in this research, a financial resilience model of the hotel industry was presented in order to predict financial distress with a quantitative approach (structural equation modeling). after reviewing the research background, the attitude of hotel managers was examined through a researcher-made questionnaire. the participants were selected from 135 hotels in tehran in the spring of 2023. the research method was descriptive-correlational. in order to analyze the data, structural equation modeling was used. the results showed that the intervening factor environmental protection did not have much effect on the financial resilience of the hotel industry in predicting financial distress. therefore, the hotel industry can provide the basis for financial resilience through the use of identified strategies to predict financial distress so that this industry can become financially resilient and continue to exist in crisis conditions.
