بررسی تاثیر تاب آوری روانشناختی بر شانس بقای کسب و کار با میانجی گری افسردگی در شرایط بحرانی (مطالعه موردی: شهرک صنعتی مرند و سرمایه گذاری خارجی)

شرکت های کوچک سهم بزرگی در اقتصاد مدور دارند. و از طرفی بحران اقتصادی می تواند بقای سازمان ها را تهدید نماید، از این رو درک عواملی که شانس بقای کسب و کار شرکت های کوچک را پیش بینی می‌کند بسیار مهم است. از جمله این عوامل تاب آوری روانشناختی صاحبان شرکت می باشد که به مقابله با افسرگی کمک می کند و منجر به شانس بیشتری برای بقای کسب و کار می شود. لذا پژوهش حاضر به منظور بررسی تاثیر تاب آوری روانشناختی بر شانس بقای کسب و کار با میانجی گری افسردگی در شرایط بحرانی در شهرک های صنعتی انجام شده است. این پژوهش از نوع کاربردی و با روش توصیفی- همبستگی انجام شده است. جامعه آماری پژوهش، مالکان شرکت های فعال در شهرک های صنعتی (مرند و سرمایه گذاری خارجی) است. کل جامعه آماری به تعداد 145 شرکت فعال می باشد و از روش نمونه گیری تمام شمار استفاده شده است. روش پژوهش حاضر پیمایشی است و به منظور جمع آوری دادهها از پرسشنامه استفاده شده است. فرضیه های پژوهش با استفاده از نرم افزار smart pls و روش مدل معادلات ساختاری برای بررسی مدل علّی، آزمون شدند. نتایج آماری نشان می دهد که تاب آوری روانشناختی بر شانس بقای کسب و کار تاثیر معنادار دارد. و همچنین افسردگی در شرایط بحرانی به صورت معناداری تاثیر تاب آوری روانشناختی بر شانس بقای کسب و کار را میانجی گری می کند. می توان نتیجه گیری کرد که در زمان بحران اقتصادی، صاحبان دارای تاب آوری روانی بالا، افسردگی کمتری را تجربه خواهند کرد. افسرگی کمتر شانس بقای شرکت های کوچک را افزایش می دهد.

investigating the effect of psychological resilience on the chance of business survival by mediating depression in crisis situations case study: marand industrial town and foreign investment

small companies make a big contribution to the circular economy. on the other hand, the economic crisis can threaten the survival of organizations, so it is very important to understand the factors that predict the chances of small companies' business survival. among these factors is the psychological resilience of company owners, which helps to deal with depression and leads to more chances for business survival. therefore, the present study was conducted to investigate the effect of psychological resilience on the chance of business survival through the mediation of depression in critical conditions in industrial towns. this research was applied with a descriptive-correlational method. the statistical population of the research was the owners of active companies in industrial towns (marand and foreign investment). the total statistical population was 145 active companies, and the whole population sampling method was used. the present research method was a survey, and a questionnaire was used to collect data. research hypotheses were tested using smart pls software and structural equation model method to investigate the causal model. the statistical results showed that psychological resilience had a significant effect on the chance of business survival, and depression in critical conditions significantly mediated the effect of psychological resilience on the chance of business survival. it can be concluded that during the economic crisis, owners with high psychological resilience will experience less depression, and less depression increases the chance of survival of small companies.
