تاثیر عوامل نظام راهبری شرکتی بر مخارج تحقیق و توسعه واحد تجاری با تاکید بر شرایط تحریم اقتصادی

پژوهش حاضر به بررسی تاثیر عوامل نظام راهبری شرکتی بر مخارج تحقیق و توسعه واحد تجاری با تاکید بر شرایط تحریم اقتصادی می پردازد. این پژوهش از لحاظ هدف، کاربردی بوده و از بعد روش شناسی همبستگی از نوع علّی (پس رویدادی) می باشد. جامعه آماری پژوهش شرکت های پذیرفته شده در بورس اوراق بهادار تهران بوده و با استفاده از روش نمونه گیری حذف سیستماتیک، 130 شرکت به عنوان نمونه پژوهش انتخاب شده در دوره ی زمانی 9 ساله بین سال های 1392 تا 1400 مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. در این پژوهش جهت گردآوری اطلاعات از بانک های اطلاعاتی، اسناد، سوابق و گزارش های حسابرسی شرکت ها و صورت های مالی و سایر اسناد و مدارک و یادداشت های همراه برگرفته از آرشیو بورس اوراق بهادار تهران (سایت کدال) استفاده شده است. از روش رگرسیون چند متغیره به عنوان روش آماری استفاده شده و با استفاده از نرم افزار استاتا نسخه 16 رابطه بین متغیرها مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند.نتایج حاصل از پژوهش نشان می دهد که عوامل نظام راهبری شرکتی بر مخارج تحقیق و توسعه واحد تجاری تاثیر دارد. همچنین، شرایط تحریم اقتصادی بر ارتباط بین عوامل نظام راهبری شرکتی و مخارج تحقیق و توسعه واحد تجاری تاثیر دارد.

the effect of corporate governance system factors on research and development expenses of a business unit with an emphasis on the conditions of economic sanctions

،the present study examines the impact of corporate governance system factors on research and development expenses of a business unit, emphasizing the conditions of economic sanctions. this research is practical in terms of its purpose, and from the point of view of correlation methodology, it is causal type (post-event). the statistical population of the research is the companies admitted to the tehran stock exchange and using the systematic elimination sampling method, 130 companies were selected as the research sample in the 9-year period between 2013 and 2021. in this research, data banks, documents, records and audit reports of companies, financial statements and other documents and accompanying notes taken from the archives of tehran stock exchange (kedal website) have been used to collect information. the multivariate regression method was used as a statistical method and the relationship between the variables was investigated using stata software version 16. the results of the research show that the factors of the corporate governance system have an effect on the research and development expenses of the business unit. also, the conditions of economic sanctions have an effect on the relationship between the factors of the corporate governance system and the research and development expenses of the business unit.
