Abstract    the use of advanced assisted reproductive technologies as solutions to the problem of infertility has brought about significant legal and ethical consequences. these technologies have especially provided suitable alternatives when other treatment methods have proven ineffective or unavailable. this research focuses on private and family law, examining the legal and ethical obligations of parents towards children born through these methods. additionally, it analyzes the fundamental rights of children resulting from these technologies, such as the right to identity, family affiliation, and issues related to citizenship, guardianship, and inheritance rights.in another section of the paper, the challenges arising from the mismatch between existing laws and the rapid advancements in reproductive technologies are addressed, with an emphasis on the necessity for creating new legal frameworks that align with ethical and social principles. the findings suggest that legal gaps in the protection of children's and parents' rights require the creation of more comprehensive and forward-thinking laws. this research also highlights the importance of considering principles of justice, equality, and human rights when drafting new laws. therefore, the study offers practical and actionable proposals for addressing these challenges and ensuring legal justice in the use of assisted reproductive technologies, while taking into account ethical, social, and cultural considerations
