بحران قحطی و خشکسالی در مناطق روستایی بوشهر؛ بازتاب، اقدامات و پیامدها( 1317- 1323 ش)

یکی از مسائل تاریخ معاصر ایران، بحران قحطی فراگیر در اواخر دورۀ پهلوی اول تا اوایل دورۀ محمدرضاشاه بود. هم‌زمانی این پدیده با جنگ جهانی دوم و اشغال کشور توسط متفقین بر شدت این بحران افزود. این مسئله در نواحی جنوبی ایران جدی‌تر به نظر می‌رسید. آنچه در این زمینه کمتر به آن توجه شده‌است، بررسی حیات روستایی در ضمن این بحران است. این پژوهش در پی آن است تا ضمن تشریح شرایط روستاهای بوشهر در دورۀ قحطی مدنظر، اقدامات انجام‌شده و پیامدهای بحران مذکور را بررسی نماید. این پژوهش به روش توصیفی- تحلیلی و با استفاده از منابع مکتوب، اسناد آرشیوی و مطبوعات انجام‌شده است. نتایج این تحقیق نشان می‌دهد اکثر روستاهای نواحی مذکور در منطقۀ خلیج‌فارس درگیر این بحران بوده‌اند. در این بین، اقدامات دولت مرکزی و مدیران محلی، کدخدایان و خوانین، نتوانست این بحران را کنترل کند. به‌همین‌خاطر مرگ‌ومیر فراوان، بروز ناامنی گسترده و سرانجام مهاجرت گستردۀ مردم روستایی به شهرهای بزرگ آن دوره؛ از جمله نتایج این بحران بوده‌اند.

famine and drought crisis in bushehr rural areas; reflection, actions and consequences (1938- 1954)

one of the problems of the contemporary history of iran was the widespread famine crisis in the late pahlavi period until the early period of mohammad reza shah. the coincidence of this phenomenon with world war ii and the occupation of the country by the allies added to the severity of this crisis. this issue seems to be more serious in the southern regions of iran. what has received less attention in this field is the examination of rural life in the midst of this crisis. this research seeks to describe the conditions of bushehr villages during the considered famine period, investigate the measures taken and the consequences of the said crisis. this research has been done using descriptive-analytical method and using written sources, archival documents and press.the results of this research show that most of the villages in the mentioned areas in the persian gulf region have been involved in this crisis. meanwhile, the actions of the central government and local administrators sheriffs and khans could not control this crisis. because of this, many deaths, widespread insecurity, and finally the massive migration of rural people to the big cities of that period were among the results of this crisis.
