نقش مدیریت شهری در افزایش کیفیت معماری ساختمان‌های مسکونی

از دیرباز افزایش کیفیت معماری ساختمان‌های مسکونی موضوعی است که از دیرباز دانش‌پژوهان علاقه‌مند به مسائل شهری را به چالش کشانده است. ازاین‌رو پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی تاثیر مدیریت شهری در افزایش کیفیت معماری ساختمان‌های مسکونی در سطح تهران به اجرا درآمد. این پژوهش ازنظر ماهیت و محتوا از نوع همبستگی است. در این تحقیق اطلاعات مربوط به 373 نفر از کارکنان و مدیران شهرداری شهر تهران در سطح تهران مورد تجزیه‌وتحلیل قرارگرفته‌اند تا بر اساس آن رابطه بین متغیرها برای آزمون فرضیه‌های تحقیق بررسی شود. داده‌های جمع‌آوری‌شده با روش معادلات ساختاری با استفاده از نرم‌افزار‌ smartpls مورد تجزیه‌وتحلیل قرار گرفت. نتایج نشان داد شهرداری، شورای شهر، اتاق بازرگانی و سایر ارگان‌ها به‌عنوان ابعاد مدیریت شهری نقش اساسی در افزایش کیفیت معماری ساختمان‌های مسکونی دارد.

nowadays, increasing the architectural quality of residential buildings is a topic that has challenged scholars interested in urban issues for a long time. therefore, the current research was carried out with the aim of the role of urban management in increasing the architectural quality of residential buildings in tehran. this research is correlational in nature and content. in this research, the information related to 373 employees and managers of the tehran municipality have been analyzed at the level of tehran in order to investigate the relationship between the variables to test the research hypotheses. the collected data were analyzed by structural equation method using smartpls software. the results showed that the municipality, the city council, the chamber of commerce and other organizations have an influence on increasing the architectural quality of residential buildings.
