تاثیر کیفیت فضاهای پشتیبانی مجتمع‌های بلندمرتبه بر میزان سطح رضایت مندی ساکنین (نمونه مورد مطالعه: مجتمع مسکونی پردیس چمران، شیراز)

مسکن همان‌طور که به‌عنوان یک سرپناه مورد استفاده قرار می‌گیرد، دارای اهداف دیگری از قبیل ارائه خدمات متعدد و تامین نیازهای افراد ساکن در آن مکان نیز است. زمانی که تصمیم به تعیین یک محل مشخص برای سکونت گرفته می‌شود، تامین سطح قابل‌قبولی از رضایت‌مندی، دارای اهمیت ویژه‌ای است. افراد زمانی از محل سکونت خود رضایت دارند که جوابگوی نیازهای آن‌ها باشد. مردم اصلی‌ترین عامل موثر در معماری هستند؛ بنابراین، طراحان و معماران باید نسبت به تامین و ارتقاء سطح رضایت‌مندی ساکنین مجموعه‌های مسکونی، نهایت سعی خود را بکار گیرند. در این مقاله، به‌منظور بررسی ارتقاء رضایت‌مندی و عوامل تاثیرگذار بر آن در مجتمع‌های مسکونی بلندمرتبه، عامل فضاهای پشتیبانی موردتوجه قرار گرفته است. روش تحقیق، توصیفی تحلیلی از نوع همبستگی و بر اساس هدف کاربردی است. روش گردآوری داده‌ها، روش کتابخانه‌ای و برای داده‌های اصلی پژوهش، روش میدانی در نظر گرفته شده است. ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها، مصاحبه با ساکنان مجتمع مسکونی پردیس چمران و استفاده از پرسش‌نامه است. اطلاعات جمع‌آوری شده با استفاده از نرم‌افزار 25spss مورد تجزیه‌وتحلیل قرار گرفته ‌است. نتایج نشان می‌دهد اولین اولویت فضای پشتیبان مربوط به فضاهای خدماتی همچون وجود آسانسور باربر ... است، پس از آن وجود فضاهای جمع‌آوری و شوتینگ زباله‌ها در مجتمع، وجود فضای بازی با ایمنی و امنیت کامل برای کودکان و وجود فضاهای فروشگاهی در جهت تامین نیازهای مجموعه برای ساکنین دارای اهمیت بودند.

the effect of the quality of the support spaces of high rise complexes on the satisfaction level of residents case study: residential complex of chamran street, shiraz

housing has other objectives such as providing multiple services and providing the needs of people living in that place. when the decision to determine a specified location for the residence, it is important to provide an acceptable level of satisfaction. people are satisfied with their residence time that they meet their needs. people are the most important factors in architecture; therefore designers and architects need to try and work towards providing and promoting the level of satisfaction in residential complexes. in order to investigate the promotion of satisfaction and its influential factors in high rise residential complexes , support spaces are considered. the research method is descriptive analytical and based on the applied goal. the method of data collection was library method and for main data of research , field method was considered. the data collection tool is edinterviews with residents of residential complex in chamran campus using questionnaires. the collected data were analyzed by using spss25 software. the results showed that the first priority of supporting space related to service spaces such as the existence of lift and …, after that the existence of garbage dump in the complex, then existence of safe spaces with safety and perfect security for children and existence of shops in order to meet the needs of collection for residents were important.
