ارزیابی تحقق‌پذیری شاخصه‌های شهر هوشمند (نمونه موردی شهر تبریز)

هوشمند سازی شهرها، فقط به معنی رشد تکنولوژی و مکانیزه شدن شهرها نیست، بلکه زمانی شهری هوشمند است که در همه زمینه‌های اجتماعی و فرهنگی، اقتصادی، زیست‌محیطی و حکمروایی نیز هوشمند و بهینه باشد. استفاده از منابع انرژی کمتر و ایجاد بیشترین بازدهی از ضرورت‌های هوشمندسازی شهرها می‌باشد. در سال‌های اخیر استفاده از تکنولوژی در جهت تسریع روند کارهای روزمره و ارتقاء کیفیت زندگی اهمیت یافته است؛ اما به‌صورت جامع و یکپارچه شکل نگرفته است. این پژوهش با هدف بررسی میزان تحقق‌پذیری شاخصه‌های شهر هوشمند در شهر تبریز شکل گرفته است. در مقاله پیش رو، تحقق‌پذیری 6 مولفه اساسی شهر هوشمند در زمینه‌های اجتماعی، سیاسی، زیست‌محیطی و... موردبررسی قرار گرفته است. روش پژوهش حاضر، کتابخانه‌ای و پرسشنامه‌ای می‌باشد. با توجه به تخصصی بودن بحث هوشمندی و الزامات تحقق‌پذیری آن، پرسشنامه مستخرج با همکاری اساتید و متخصصان این حوزه تکمیل شده است. نتایج حاصل از این پرسشنامه، در نرم‌افزار spss مورد تحلیل قرار گرفته است. بر اساس اعداد کرونباخ به‌دست‌آمده می‌توان گفت شهر تبریز ازلحاظ تحقق شاخصه‌های شهر هوشمند در وضعیت نسبتاً مطلوبی قرار داشته است اما به‌طورکلی نمی‌توان این شهر را هوشمند نامید.

assessing the feasibility of smart city features (a case study of tabriz city)

the smartening of cities does not only mean the growth of technology and mechanization, but when it is smart and optimal in all socialcultural, economic, environmental, and governance fields, it is called a smart city . one of the necessities of making cities smarter is using less energy resources and creating maximum efficiency. in recent years, the technology employment has become important to speed up the process of daily work and improve the quality of life; however, it has not been formed in a comprehensive and integrated way. this research aimed to investigate the feasibility of smart city indicators in tabriz. the feasibility of six basic components of a smart city in social, political, environmental and other fields has been investigated. the current research method is a library and questionnaire. considering the specialization of intelligence and the requirements of its realization, the extracted questionnaire was completed with the cooperation of professors and experts. the results were analyzed in spss software. based on cronbach's numbers, tabriz city has been in a relatively favorable situation in terms of realizing the characteristics of a smart city. but in general, this city cannot be called smart.
