شناسایی کاربردهای هوش مصنوعی در سلامت و ایمنی کارکنان

زمینه و هدف: یکی از مسائل مهم در سازمان‌ها، رابطه هوش مصنوعی با ایمنی کارکنان در محیط کارشان است. هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی تاثیرات هوش مصنوعی بر سلامت و ایمنی کارکنان در محیط کار بود.روش‌شناسی: پژوهش حاضر به شیوه مطالعه ادبیات و مصاحبه با خبرگان صورت گرفت، از مجموع 30 مقاله ورودی، 22 مقاله مروری، 6 مقاله اصیل، یک مقاله کوهورت و یک مقاله موردی بود. پس از بررسی مقالات مرتبط با موضوع، در بخش میدانی ، مصاحبه با 15 نفر از خبرگان و متخصصان درزمینه‏ی مدیریت بازاریابی و کسب‌وکار، هوش مصنوعی و اینترنت اشیا صورت گرفت.یافته‌ها:  استفاده از هوش مصنوعی در محیط‌های کار باعث افزایش دقت، سرعت و بهینه‌سازی انجام فرآیندها، کاهش خطاهای انسانی، بهبود سلامت کارکنان و معاینات شغلی، بهبود سیستم‌های امنیتی محیط کار، شناسایی مناطق خطرآفرین و ویروس‌ها و هرگونه پاندمی جدید در محیط کار به‌وسیله سیستم‌های حسگر هوشمند، بهبود سیستم‌های تشخیص چهره، پاسخگویی خودکار به تماس‌ها، کاهش استرس، بهبود اعتمادبه‌نفس شغلی، استفاده از تجهیزات تردد و دوربین‌های مداربسته بروز، الزام کارکنان به رعایت موارد امنیتی، بهبود وسایل حفاظتی و ضدعفونی محیط کار می‌شود.نتیجه‌گیری: بر اساس این مطالعه نقش مهم و کلیدی هوش مصنوعی در سلامت و امنیت کارکنان غیرقابل کتمان می‌باشد و فناوری‌هایی مانند فناوری هوش مصنوعی، اینترنت اشیا، داده‌های بزرگ، واقعیت مجازی، هولوگرافی، پردازش ابری، روبات‌های مستقل، اسکن سه‌بعدی، چاپ سه‌بعدی، حسگرهای زیستی و سایر فناوری‌ها می‌توانند در انقلاب صنعتی چهارم مورد استفاده قرار گیرند. پژوهش‌های آتی نیز می‌تواند بر اثربخشی مدل‌های هوش مصنوعی در بهبود سلامت و ایمنی کارکنان متمرکز باشد.

identifying the applications of artificial intelligence in the health and safety of employees

background and objective: the relationship between artificial intelligence and the safety of employees in their workplace is one of the vital issues in organizations. the present study aimed to investigate the effects of artificial intelligence on the health and safety of employees in the workplace.methodology: the present study was conducted by reviewing selected research literature and interviewing experts. among 30 included articles, 22 review articles, 6 original articles, 1 cohort article, and 1 case article were found. after reviewing the articles related to the subject, an interview was conducted with 15 experts and specialists in the field of marketing and business management, artificial intelligence, and the internet of things in the field section.findingsthe results showed that applying artificial intelligence in workplaces enhances accuracy, speed, process optimization, time savings, error reduction, employee health, safety systems, high-risk identification, pandemic response, stress reduction, job confidence, and workplace security measures.conclusion: the undeniable role of ai in employee health and safety is highlighted, along with technologies like iot, big data, vr, and biosensors for the fourth industrial revolution. future research could explore ai models' effectiveness in enhancing health and safety.
