رفتار شناسی پیشگیرانه از خشونت در نامه های حضرت علی(ع) به معاویه؛ با تطبیق بر سیره نبوی

بخش مهمی از تاریخ عصر حکومت امیرالمومنین (ع) را می‌توان در نامه‌های حضرت علی(ع) به معاویه یافت. حضرت علی(ع) در این نامه ها اعلام می کند که حکومتش دارای مشروعیت و مقبولیت است، مردم با او بیعت کردند و نقشی در قتل عثمان نداشت و از معاویه می خواهد با او بیعت کند و از مردم شام برایش بیعت بگیرد. مساله اصلی این پزوهش، این است که امام علی در برابر خودداری معاویه از بیعت، چگونه رفتار کرد تا از جنگ پیشگیری کنند. هدف این مقاله، تبیین رفتارهای پیشگیرانه از خشونت امام علی با تطبیق بر سیره نبوی است. امیرالمومنین(ع) از زمان خلافت تا برگزاری حکمیت، افزون بر ارسال پیک، نامه های فراوان برای معاویه نوشت تا از خشونت جلوگیری کند. تبیین رفتار حضرت علی(ع) در برابر معاویه و تطبیق آن با سیره نبوی، افزون بر دفع شبهات مطرح شده توسط معاویه علیه حضرت علی(ع)، گویای الگوی مناسب برای نظام جمهوری اسلامی در برابر براندازان، شورشیان و جدایی طلبان است. این تبیین، نوآوری مقاله است که در هیچ پزوهشی بدین صورت انجام نشده است. روش تحقیق در این مقاله، روش تحلیلی و شیوه جمع آوری اطلاعات، کتابخانه ای است. این مقاله به دنبال پاسخ به این پرسش است که شیوه رفتاری امیرالمومنین(ع) در مقابل معاویه چگونه بوده است؟ مقاله پیش روی، با محوریت نامه های آن حضرت، رفتار حضرت علی(ع) در مقابل معاویه را تشریح می کند که گویای حداکثر تلاش با استفاده از هر روش صحیح، برای پیشگیری از خشونت و حفظ جان امت اسلامی، حتی یاران معاویه بود.

preventive measures against violence in imam ali's (as) letters to muāwiyah; with a comparative study of the prophetic conduct

a significant part of the history of the era of the rule of amir al-mu'minin (peace be upon him) can be found in the letters of imam ali (peace be upon him) to muawiyah. in these letters, imam ali asserts that his governance holds legitimacy and acceptance. the people pledged allegiance to him, and he had no role in the killing of uthman. he requests muawiyah to pledge allegiance to him and to secure the allegiance of the people of syria on his behalf. the main issue of this study is how imam ali (peace be upon him) behaved in response to muawiyah's refusal to give allegiance, in order to prevent war. the aim of this article is to clarify imam ali's preventive behaviors against violence by comparing them with the prophetic tradition. from the beginning of his caliphate until the arbitration, amir al-mu'minin, besides sending envoys, wrote numerous letters to muawiyah to avert violence. explaining imam ali's conduct toward muawiyah and comparing it with the prophetic model, in addition to refuting the doubts raised by muawiyah against imam ali, reveals an appropriate pattern for the islamic republic system in confronting insurgents, rebels, and separatists. this explanation is the innovation of this article, which has not been addressed in this way in any previous research. the research method of this article is analytical, and the data collection method is library-based. it seeks to answer the question: what was the behavioral approach of amir al-mu'minin toward muawiyah? the present article, focusing on imam ali's letters, describes his conduct toward muawiyah, demonstrating his utmost effort to use every legitimate means to prevent violence and preserve the lives of the islamic community, including even muawiyah's followers.
