بازپژوهی تاریخچه موقوفات معصومین(ع)

وقف و اعمال خداپسندانه‌ مشابه آن، از دیرباز و قبل از اسلام به اشکال گوناگون در تاریخ بشر و در میان پیروان تمام ادیان آسمانی وجود داشته است به‌طوری که صومعه‌ها، معبدها، آتشکده‌ها، کاهنان و موبدان از منافع این وقفیات اداره می‌شده‌اند. امت‌ها با اختلاف ادیان و شرایع با انواعی از تصرفات مالی آشنا بودند که از حیث مفهوم دور از حدود معنای وقف اسلامی نیست. این جستار با بهره‌گیری از منابع کتابخانه‌ای و به روش توصیفی‌تحلیلی در پی پاسخ به تاریخچه‌ موقوفات حضرات معصومین(ع) در دین مبین اسلام است.دسته‌بندی منطقی و آگاهی از وجود پیشینه‌ موقوفات معصومین(ع) در دین مبین اسلام هدف این جستار برای ترغیب و زمینه‌سازی گسترش فرهنگ غنی وقف در جامعه برای بهرمندی از برکات فراوان آن است. بنا بر یافته‌های این پژوهش، سنت حسنه‌ وقف از اول خلقت بشریت همراه با ایشان بوده اگرچه در ادیان گذشته در قالب اعمال و اشکال شبیه به عمل وقف بوده؛ اما اسلام آن را در مسیری روشن، منطقی، هدفدار، مترقی و دقیق قرار داده است. با بیان مصادیق بارز آن در طول تاریخ اسلام همراه با مستندات روایی و تاریخی نیل به هدف مذکور میسّر می‌شود.

re-examining the history of the endowments of the infallible imams (as)

endowments and similar pious acts have existed since long ago and before islam in various forms in human history and among the followers of all heavenly religions, so that monasteries, temples, fire temples, priests and religious leaders were governed by the benefits of these endowments. nations, with differences in religions and laws, were familiar with types of financial possessions, which in terms of concept are not far from the limits of the meaning of islamic endowment. using library sources and using a descriptive and analytical method, this essay seeks to answer the history of the endowments of the infallible imams (as) in the religion of islam. logical categorization and awareness of the existence of the history of the endowments of the infallible imams (as) in the religion of islam is the purpose of this essay to encourage and lay the groundwork for the development of the rich culture of endowments in the society to benefit from its many blessings. according to the findings of this research, the good tradition of endowment has been with them since the beginning of the creation of mankind, although in past religions it was in the form of deeds similar to the act of endowment, but islam has placed it in a clear, logical, purposeful, progressive and precise path. by stating its clear examples throughout the history of islam along with narrative and historical documents, it is possible to reach the mentioned purpose.
