شایستگی‌های تربیتی استادان و مربیان سرآمد از منظر پیامبر اعظم حضرت محمد (ص)

سامان‌دهی و تربیت درست جامعه‌ انسانی، مهارت ویژه‌ای می‌طلبد که نمونه‌ آن را می‌‌توان در سیره‌ رسول خدا (ص) یافت. هدف این پژوهش، دستیابی به مولفه‌های تربیتی استادان و مربیان سرآمد از منظر پیامبر (ص) است. روش این پژوهش، تحلیلی استنتاجی به شیوه‌ تحلیل متن و بر مبنای مطالعات کتابخانه‌ای است. منابع پژوهش، کتب تاریخی و حدیثی مرتبط با سیره‌ نبوی است. پژوهش بر مبنای این سوال اصلی سامان یافته است که مولفه‌های استادان و مربیان سرآمد از منظر پیامبر اعظم حضرت محمد(ص) کدام‌اند؟ فرضیه چنین قلمداد می‌شود که استادان شایسته مربیانی‌اند که توانایی تعمیق یا تغییر در ساحت‌های شناختی، عاطفی و مهارتی را در جهت تعالی جامعه دارند. یافته‌های پژوهش حکایت از آن دارد که در سیره‌ نبوی نگرش و ارزش، لایه‌های مقدماتی شایستگی و دانش، بینش،  مهارت‌ها، رفتار و منش اخلاق، لایه‌های تمایزگرا به شمار می‌روند که هر یک مستلزم زیرمجموعه‌هایی از جمله: علم مفید، اخلاص و انگیزه الهی، وحدت و آرمان‌خواهی مشترک، مخاطب‌شناسی، تکریم و احترام، تغافل و چشم‌پوشی به موقع، نوآوری و خلاقیت، تعهد، تواضع علمی و... است. در نهایت، استادان و مربیان شایسته در سایه‌ تعهد و تبیین، می‌توانند نسلی فرهیخته با مبانی درست فرهنگی پرورش دهند.

the educational qualifications of the best teachers and trainers from the perspective of the great prophet mohammad (pbuh)

the proper organization and training of human society requires a special skill that can be found in the life of the messenger of allah (pbuh). the purpose of this research is to achieve the educational components of the best professors and trainers from the perspective of the prophet (pbuh). the method of this research is an inferential analysis based on text analysis and library studies. the research sources are historical and hadith books related to the life of the prophet (pbuh). the research is organized based on this main question: what are the components of excellent teachers and trainers from the perspective of the great prophet muhammad (pbuh)? the hypothesis is that worthy professors are trainers who have the ability to deepen or change cognitive, emotional and skill areas in order to improve the society. the findings of the research indicate that in the life of the prophet (pbuh), attitude and value, preliminary layers of competence and knowledge, insight, skills, behavior and character of ethics are considered differentiating layers, each of which requires subgroups such as: useful science, sincerity and divine motivation, unity and common idealism, audience awareness, honoring and respecting, neglecting and overlooking in time, innovation and creativity, commitment, scientific humility, etc. finally, competent professors and trainers, under the shadow of commitment and explanation, can raise an educated generation with correct cultural foundations.
