جنگ استعارگان تحلیلی جامعه‌شناختی از مواجهه با استعاره‌های توسعه در ادبیات داستانی ایران

پژوهش حاضر تلاش می کند مواجهه با استعاره‌های توسعه در برخی متون داستانی برگزیده در ایران را با رویکردی جامعه شناختی تحلیل کند. در این راستا، به دو منظومه‌ استعاری پزشکی و مهندسی توجه می شود که از عصر مشروطه تاکنون در ایران غالب بوده اند. در این دوره، آثار ادبی چندی پدید آمده اند که با شکل‌هایی از مقاومت، نظام‌های استعاری مذکور را به چالش کشیده اند. این نوشتار، به این مواجهه می پردازد و با تکیه بر نظریه‌ استعارۀ لیکاف و متاثر از جامعه‌شناسانی چون گیدنز و دستاوردهای تاریخ نگارانی چون توکلی طرقی، به تحلیل داستان‌های برگزیده از نویسندگان مشروطه تا دوره‌ متاخر می پردازد. نتیجه‌ پژوهش، نشان می‌دهد که در عصر پهلوی و پس از ایجاد فاصله میان روشنفکران و دولت، الگوهایی از مقاومت استعاری در مقابل گفتمان توسعه در ادبیات داستانی ظاهر شد. با تغییر نظام استعاری توسعه، این مقاومت به شکلی دیگر تداوم یافت. حتی در برخی موارد، ادبیات داستانی، علاوه بر نقد نظام های استعاری، امکان اشاره به الگوهای استعاری آینده و نیز رخدادهای آتی را یافت. این امر علاوه بر نشان دادن توانایی های امر ادبی، بار دیگر ناکارآمدی نظریه هایی را که با نادیده گرفتن منطق امر ادبی، آن را به مثابه‌ بازتاب صرف امر اجتماعی، اقتصادی یا سیاسی قلمداد می کنند، نشان می دهد.

the war of metaphors: sociological analysis of an encounter with the metaphors of development in iranian fiction abstract

the present study attempts to analyze an encounter with metaphors in some selected fictional texts in iranian literature. accordingly, the study concentrates on two metaphorical literary works in verse related to the medicine and engineering discourses that have been dominant since the qajar period. a number of writers in this period composed works informed by some forms of resistance utilized to challenge the above-mentioned metaphorical systems. drawing on lakoff's theory of metaphor and the insights of anthony giddens, a sociologist, and tavakoli-taraghi, a historian, the current study will analyze selected stories from the qajar era and contemporary writers. the study's results have demonstrated that after opening up the gap between the intellectuals and the state in the pahlavi era, the patterns of metaphoric resistance against the discourse of development in fiction emerged. when the metaphoric system of development changed, the resistance continued in another form. in some cases, the fictional literature could refer to future metaphorical patterns and prospective events besides critiquing the metaphorical systems. this fact indicates the abilities of literary affairs and once more the inabilities of theories that ignore the logic of literary affairs reducing it to mere social, economic, and political matters.
