مردم‌سالاری دینی در مناسبات و اندیشه میرزای نائینی

میرزای نائینی در مقام یکی از علمای تراز اول ایران، نقشی برجسته و اثرگذار در استقرار حکومتی مردم‌سالار و دینی داشت. نظریه وی به‌ شکلی مدرن وارد تاریخ اندیشه سیاسی شیعه شده است. بر مبنای این نظریه، مردم از تحت سلطه ‌بودن، به محور ‌بودن در ‌اصل‌ حکومت ارتقاء یافته است. در این راستا، هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی مناسبات و اندیشه‌های میرازی نائینی در مورد مردم‌سالاری دینی و مشروطیت است. روش پژوهش توصیفی-تحلیلی بوده و نتایج نشان داد که میرزای نائینی با در نظر گرفتن اوضاع جامعه خود کوشید ضمن تطبیق دموکراسی غربی با اسلام و قوانین اسلام، و تاکید بر آزادی، عدالت و شورا به‌عنوان اصول تشکیل‌دهنده مردم‌سالاری، در رویارویی با مفاهیم نوظهور غربی، روشی را برگزیند که به او امکان مواجهه فعال را بدهد.

mirza na'ini, one of the foremost scholars of iran, played a prominent and influential role in establishing a democratic and religious government. his theory entered the history of shi'a political thought in a modern manner. based on this theory, the role of the people evolved from being under domination to being central in the foundation of governance. in this context, the aim of the present study is to examine the relations and ideas of mirza na'ini regarding religious democracy and constitutionalism. the research method is descriptive-analytical, and the results showed that mirza na'ini, considering the circumstances of his society, sought to adapt western democracy to islam and islamic laws. he emphasized freedom, justice, and consultation as the foundational principles of democracy and chose a method that allowed him to actively engage with emerging western concepts.
