بهینه سازی استفاده از مصالح نوین در ساختمان‌های بلند‌مرتبه شهرهای بزرگ با رویکرد ضایعات صفر نمونه موردی: شهر تهران

اهداف: با وجود نیروهای انسانی و اجرایی بالقوه در ایران، استفاده از مصالح در ساختمان ها جهت کاهش هدر رفت مصالح، با روند بسیار کندی طی مسیر نموده، با توجه به اهمیت ساختمان در فعالیتهای اقتصادی لازم است؛ اقدامات موثری در این زمینه انجام پذیرد. این پژوهش با هدف شناسایی و رتبه بندی شاخص های موثر بر هدر رفت مصالح با توجه مبانی نظری موجود انجام پذیرفته است.روش ها: این پژوهش از لحاظ هدف از نوع تحقیق توسعه ای و از لحاظ روش انجام کار، توصیفی و از نوع پیمایشی و اسنادی می باشد. جهت شناسایی عوامل موثر، نمونه ای را از میان جامعه خبرگان وکارشناسان این صنعت با روش نمونه گیری تصادفی ساده انتخاب نموده و داده های مورد نظر با توزیع پرسشنامه جمع آوری شده و با نرم افزار آماری spss مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت.یافته ها: تحقیق نشان داد، که طراحی مناسب توسط مصالح نوین با درصدی معادل 74.73% بیشترین تاثیر را بر میزان کاهش ضایعات ساختمانی دارد. پس از آن، صنعت ساخت با درصدی معادل 71.65% در رتبه دوم ، آموزش با درصد تاثیری معادل 70.62% در رتبه سوم، منابع مالی و توجیه اقتصادی با درصدی معادل 64.83% در رتبه چهارم و در نهایت ذخیره و انبار با 63.33% دارای کمترین تاثیربرافزایش ضایعات می باشند.نتیجه گیری: مسئله تحقیق چگونگی حل مشکلات مذکور به شیوه‌ای علمی و هدفمند آن نیل به الگویی موثر به‌منظور بهره‌وری بهینه از مصالح در راستای کاهش هدررفت مصالح است.

optimizing new material utilization in high-rise buildings of urban centers with zero waste approches case study: tehran city

aims: despite the existence of potential human and executive forces in iran, industrialization and the use of materials in buildings in order to prevent the waste of materials, has gone through a very slow process, and considering the importance of the construction sector in iran's economic activities, it is necessary to take effective measures to be done in this context. for this purpose, this research has been carried out with the aim of identifying and ranking the effective indicators on the waste of materials according to the existing theoretical foundations.methods: in terms of the purpose of this research, it is a developmental type of research, and in terms of the method of doing the work, it is descriptive, survey and document type. in order to identify the effective factors, a sample was selected from among the community of experts in this industry with a simple random sampling method, and the desired data was collected by distributing a questionnaire and analyzed with spss statistical software.findings: the research showed that proper design has the greatest effect on the increase in construction waste. after that, the construction industry in the second place, education in the third place, financial resources and economic justification in the fourth place and finally the reserve and warehouses have the least impact on the increase of waste.key words: modern materials, high-rise buildings in urban centers, zero waste.
