چکیده    هدف این پژوهش تاثیر توسعه حرفه ای منابع انسانی(معلمان) بر سلامت روان آنها در مدارس منطقه 5 استان تهران است.روش تحقیق حاضر  براساس هدف از نوع کاربردی و از لحاظ گردآوری اطلاعات توصیفی- همبستگی است.روش جمع آوری اطلاعات کتابخانه ای و میدانی می باشد که در روش میدانی از ابزار پرسشنامه با طیف لیکرت  استفاده شده است که روایی این پرسشنامه استاندارد توسط خبرگان مورد تایید قرار گرفت و پایایی‌آن با استفاده از روش آلفای کرونباخ به میزان 764/0 مشخص شد.نمونه آماری این تحقیق معلمان مدارس منطقه 5 استان تهران می‌باشند که با روش نمونه گیری سیستماتیک تعداد 221 نفر در نظر گرفته شد.در تحلیل داده ها دربخش آمار توصیفی بمنظور بررسی ویژگیهای دموگرافیک و در بخش آمار استنباطی با استفاده از آزمون رگرسیون فرضیه های تحقیق آزمون گردید.یافته های تحقیق نشان داد که توسعه حرفه ای منابع انسانی (معلمان)و ابعاد آن بر سلامت روان آنها تاثیر دارد.

Abstract   

the effect of professional development of human resources on their mental health (case study: teachers in schools in tehran province, region 5

the aim of this study is to investigate the effect of professional development of human resources, especially teachers, on their mental health in schools in region 5 of tehran province. the present research method is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-correlational in terms of data collection. data collection was carried out in two ways: library and field; in the field section, a standard questionnaire with a likert scale was used as the main tool. the validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by a group of experts and specialists in the field of psychology and professional development, and the reliability of the instrument was determined using cronbach's alpha coefficient and was 0.764, which indicates the appropriate validity of the questionnaire.

the statistical sample of the study included teachers in schools in region 5 of tehran province, of whom 221 people were selected using a systematic sampling method. in data analysis, descriptive statistics were used to examine the demographic characteristics of the participants, and in the inferential statistics section, the research hypotheses were tested using regression tests.

the research findings showed that professional development of human resources, especially teachers, and its various dimensions, including continuous training, teaching skills development, organizational support, and career growth opportunities, have a significant impact on their mental health. in other words, teachers who have better professional development opportunities experience a more favorable psychological state, and this can have positive consequences on the quality of their education and job satisfaction. the results also indicated that various dimensions of professional development can help reduce job stress, increase motivation, and improve the mental state of teachers. this emphasizes the importance of educational policies to provide appropriate infrastructure and programs for professional development. therefore, it is suggested that school administrators and education system officials pay more attention to designing continuous training programs and creating a supportive environment to increase teachers' mental health.

in this way, in addition to improving the individual situation of teachers, it will also help to improve the quality of education and learning of students. finally, promoting professional development as an effective solution to maintain efficient and healthy human resources in schools in different regions seems vital and can play an important role in improving the education system.
