designing a model for developing responsibility of education managers
education, as a key institution, plays an important role in the behavioral and personality development of teachers and managers and considers their responsibility as an important criterion for measuring the success of educational programs. the aim of the present study is to examine and develop a model for developing the responsibility of managers at different levels of education in the country. this study is applied in terms of its purpose and quantitative in terms of its implementation method and was conducted using statistical content analysis.
the statistical population of the study included all education managers across the country, 620 people, whose sampling was based on the cochran formula. the data collection tool was researcher-made and standard questionnaires. the validity and reliability of the constructs were confirmed using smart-pls 3.0 and spss20 software, and their reliability was validated with high t-indexes and cronbach's alpha coefficient.
the research findings show that the development pattern of managers' responsibility is influenced by several factors, and the country's educational development emphasizes the importance of success orientation, purposefulness, and the realization of strategic goals. the results also showed that a strong organizational culture, managers' commitment to education and training goals, their observance of justice and professional competence, and the social capital available in the organization are among the most important key factors in improving managerial performance and strategic leadership. in addition, increasing the level of managers' responsibility can lead to improving the quality of decision-making, increasing employee motivation, and improving efficiency in the education system. paying attention to these factors and focusing on them will pave the way for designing professional development programs and improving management skills.
finally, it is suggested that education policymakers, using the extracted model, design and implement effective solutions to strengthen managers' responsibility at all levels so that they can create sustainable positive changes in the country's educational management system and ensure continuous progress in the quality and effectiveness of education.
