چکیده
|
هدف از انجام این پژوهش، ش تحلیل موانع و چالشهای فرهنگی در نظام آموزشی بر اساس روش سلسله مراتبی است. روش تحقیق به صورت کمی میباشد که از تکنیک دلفی بهره گرفته شده و از نوع توصیفی- پیمایشی است. پژوهش از لحاظ هدف نیز از نوع کاربردی میباشد. جامعه آماری این پژوهش شامل در مرحله اول خبرگان آموزش و پرورش به تعداد 20 نفر و در مرحله دوم مدیران و کارشناسان در سازمان آموزش و پرورش میباشد که نمونه 108 نفری برای این پژوهش انتخاب شده است. جهت گرداوری اطلاعات از روش مطالعات کتابخانهای و میدانی بهره گرفته شده است که در روش میدانی از ابزار پرسشنامه چالشهای فرهنگی مدیریت توسعه و پرسشنامه ارجحیت بندی استفاده شده است. روایی محتوایی آن توسط اساتید راهنما مورد تایید و پایایی آن با آزمون آلفای کرونباخ تایید شد. به منظور تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها، از آمار توصیفی شامل درصد فراوانی و میانگین و همچنین آزمون تحلیل سلسله مراتبی (ahp) برای اولویت بندی شاخصها استفاده شده است. برای انجام آزمونهای فوق از نرم افزار spss و expert choice استفاده شده است. یافتههای حاصل از این تحقیق نشان داد که از میان چالشهای پنج گانه فرهنگی مدیریت توسعه، بعد تغییر فرهنگ سازمانی با وزن 0.433 بالاترین اهمیت را در میان ابعاد و بعدتفاوتهای فرهنگی با وزن 0.054 پایینترین اولویت را به خود اختصاص دادند. ابعاد تنوع فرهنگی، واکنشهای فرهنگی و تضاد فرهنگی به ترتیب در اولویتهای دوم، سوم و چهارم قرار گرفتند.

Abstract
|
the purpose of this research is to analyze cultural obstacles and challenges in the educational system based on the hierarchical method. the research method is quantitative, which uses the delphi technique and is descriptive-survey. the research is also applied in terms of purpose. the statistical population of this research includes 20 education experts in the first stage and managers and experts in the education organization in the second stage, and a sample of 108 people has been selected for this research. in order to collect information, the method of library and field studies has been used, and in the field method, cultural challenges questionnaire of development management and priority setting questionnaire have been used. its content validity was confirmed by supervisors and its reliability was confirmed by cronbach's alpha test. in order to analyze the data, descriptive statistics including frequency percentage and mean as well as analysis hierarchy test (ahp) have been used to prioritize indicators. spss and expert choice software were used to perform the above tests. the findings of this research showed that among the five cultural challenges of development management, the dimension of organizational culture change with a weight of 0.433 had the highest importance among the dimensions and the dimension of cultural differences with a weight of 0.054 had the lowest priority. the dimensions of cultural diversity, cultural reactions and cultural conflict were placed in the second, third and fourth priorities, respectively.
