چکیده
|
برقراری ارتباط موثر یکی از مسائل کلیدی در محیط دانشگاه است و این ارتباط می تواند بر موفقیت تحصیلی و شغلی دانشجویان تاثیر زیادی داشته باشد. لذا هدف از انجام پژوهش حاضر پیشبینی ارتباط موثر براساس توانایی مقابله با استرس و توانایی حل مسئله در بین دانشجویان بود. این مطالعه توصیفی از نوع همبستگی بود. جامعه آماری را کلیه دانشجویان دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی واحد کرج در نیم سال دوم سال تحصیلی 1401-1402 تشکیل دادند که بر اساس فرمول فیدل و تاباچنیک (2007) و به روش نمونه گیری تصادفی 150 نفر به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. ابزار پژوهش شامل پرسش نامه های مقابله با موقعیت استرس زا اندلر و پارر(1990)، حل مسئله هپنر (1982) و ارتباط موثر کوئین دام (2004) بود. فرضیه تحقیق به روش تحلیل رگرسیون چندگانه به روش همزمان مورد تجریه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد با توجه به میزان ضریب تعیین (0.43=r2) واریانس تبیین شده ارتباط موثر به عنوان متغیر ملاک توسط متغیر های پیش بین توانایی مقابله با استرس و توانایی حل مسئله در حد قوی می باشد و ابعاد اعتماد (β=0.154 p<0.01 ) و اشتیاق توانایی حل مسئله (β=-0.347, p<0.01) و بعد مساله مدار توانایی مقابله با استرس(β=0.239, p<0.01) با ضرایب مثبت، بیشترین تاثیر را در پیش بینی ارتباط موثر دانشجویان نشان دادند. با توجه به نتایج این پژوهش اعتماد و اشتیاق به حل مسئله و توانایی مقابله با استرس مسئله مدار باعث بهبود و تقویت ارتباط موثر در دانشجویان می گردد.

Abstract
|
effective communication is one of the key issues in the university environment and this communication can have a great impact on the academic and career success of students. therefore, the purpose of this research was to predict effective communication based on the ability to deal with stress and problem solving ability among students. this was a descriptive correlational study. the statistical population consisted of all the students of islamic azad university, karaj branch in the second half of the academic year 1402-1401, based on the formula of fidel and tabachnik (2007) and 150 people were selected as a sample by random sampling. the research tools included endler and parer's (1990) coping with stressful situation questionnaires, heppner's problem solving (1982) and queen damm's effective communication (2004). the research hypothesis was tested and analyzed using the multiple regression analysis method. the results of the research showed that according to the coefficient of determination (r2=0.43), the explained variance of effective communication as a criterion variable by predicting variables of the ability to deal with stress and the ability to solve problems is strong, and the dimensions of trust (β=0.154 p <0.01) and enthusiasm, ability to solve problems (β=-0.347, p<0.01) and the problem-oriented dimension of ability to cope with stress (β=0.239, p<0.01) with positive coefficients showed the greatest impact in predicting the effective communication of students. according to the results of this research, confidence and passion for problem solving and the ability to deal with problem-oriented stress improve and strengthen effective communication in students.
