تربیت عادلانه؛ امتداد نظریه عدالت شهید مطهری در تربیت

بشر همواره به دنبال عدالت بوده و در طول تاریخ شاهد تجربه‌های موفق و ناموفق فراوانی در طلب آن بوده‌ایم. یکی از علل مهم ناکامی‌ها در رسیدن جوامع بشری به عدالت عدم تعریف صحیح آن و ناتوانی از امتداد آن در حوزه‌های گوناگون بوده است. مساله‌ای که در این مقاله دنبال می‌کنیم آن است که نظریه عدالت شهید مطهری چه امتدادی در اندیشه تربیتی ایشان دارد. بدین منظور کلیه منابع و مراجع موجود و مرتبط با آراء تربیتی ایشان مورد بررسی توصیفی قرار گرفته و داده‌های حاصل طبقه‌بندی و تحلیل شده است. یافته‌های پژوهش حاکی از آن است که باتوجه به تعریف عدالت مواجهه به‌تناسب شایستگی و تربیت شکوفایی استعدادهای فطری انسان از نظر ایشان، لازمه تربیت عادلانه این است که ساحات وجودی انسان به صورت متعادل رشد کند و مربی متناسب با استعدادهای گوناگون متربی و همچنین سن و جنسیت او تعامل سازنده داشته باشد. شکوفایی استعدادهای فطری انسان از نظر ایشان، لازمه تربیت عادلانه این است که ساحات وجودی انسان به صورت متعادل رشد کند و مربی متناسب با استعدادهای گوناگون متربی و همچنین سن و جنسیت او تعامل سازنده داشته باشد.

fair education; an extension of martyr motahari's theory of justice in education

humans have always sought justice and throughout history we have witnessed many successful and unsuccessful experiences in seeking it. one of the important causes of failures in human societies to achieve justice has been the lack of its correct definition and the inability to extend it in various fields. the issue we pursue in this article is what extension martyr motahari's theory of justice has in his educational thought. for this purpose, all existing sources and references related to his educational views have been descriptively examined and the resulting data have been classified and analyzed. the findings of the research indicate that, considering the definition of justice - exposure in proportion to merit - and education - the flourishing of human innate talents - in his view, the requirement for fair education is that the areas of human existence develop in a balanced way and that the educator interacts constructively with the various talents of the trainee as well as his age and gender. the development of human innate talents in his view, the requirement of fair education is that the areas of human existence develop in a balanced way and that the educator interacts constructively with the various talents of the trainee, as well as his age and gender.
