مطالعه فرهنگ جهادی و اخلاق کار اسلامی با بهره وری آموزشی معلمان تربیت بدنی

هدف از این تحقیق، تعیین ارتباط بین فرهنگ جهادی و اخلاق کار اسلامی با بهره وری آموزشی در معلمان تربیت بدنی شهرستان های ممسنی و رستم بود. این تحقیق کاربردی و از نوع توصیفی و همبستگی بود. جامعه آماری این تحقیق، تمامی معلمان تربیت بدنی شهرستان های ممسنی و رستم به تعداد 89نفر بود، که از این تعداد 85 نفر به عنوان نمونه و به روش نمونه گیری کل شمار با محقق همکاری کردند.ابزار جمع آوری داده ها پرسشنامه های استاندارد فرهنگ جهادی معدنی و همکاران (1395)، اخلاق کاری اسلامی علی (1988) و بهره وری هرسی و گلداسمیت (1980)بود. میزان روایی پرسشنامه ها با استفاده از نظرات متخصص مدیریت ورزشی در این رشته تایید شد و پایایی این پرسشنامه ها نیز با استفاده از آلفا کرنباخ، محاسبه و به ترتیب ضرایب آلفای کرنباخ پرسشنامه های 0.84، 0.95 و 0.78 بود که همگی بالاتر از 0.70 بود و مورد تایید قرار گرفتند. برای توصیف داده ها از روش های آمار توصیفی و برای تجزیه استنباطی داده ها از روش های آماری ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و رگرسیون خطی استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد که بین فرهنگ جهادی و اخلاق کار اسلامی با بهره وری آموزشی رابطه ی مثبت و معناداری وجود داشت و همچنین فرهنگ جهادی و اخلاق کار اسلامی قابلیت پیش بین معنادار بهره وری آموزشی آزمودنی ها را دارد. همه تجزیه و تحلیل های آماری با استفاده از نرم افزارهای spss انجام گرفته است (0.01 ≥p).

the study of jihadi culture and islamic work ethics with the educational efficiency of physical education teachers

the aim of this research is to determine the relationship between jihadi culture and islamic work ethics with educational productivity in physical education teachers in the cities of mamasani and rostam. this research is applied and descriptive and correlational. the statistical population of this research was all physical education teachers in the cities of mamasani and rostam, 89 people, of which 85 people cooperated with the researcher as a sample and by total sampling method. the data collection tools are the standard questionnaires of jihadi culture of manani et al. (2016), islamic work ethics of ali (1988) and productivity of hersi and goldsmith (1980). the validity of the questionnaires was confirmed using the opinions of sports management experts in this field, and the reliability of these questionnaires was also calculated using cronbach's alpha, and the cronbach's alpha coefficients of the questionnaires were 0.84, 0.95, and 0.78, respectively, which were all higher than 0.70 and were approved. descriptive statistics methods were used to describe the data, and pearson's correlation coefficient and linear regression statistical methods were used to analyze the data. the results showed that there is a positive and significant relationship between jihadi culture and islamic work ethics and educational productivity, and jihadi culture and islamic work ethics also have the ability to significantly predict the educational productivity of the subjects. all statistical analyses were performed using spss software (p ≤ 0.01).
