شناسایی عوامل رهبری تحول دیجیتال در آموزش‌ دانشگاه علوم پزشکی و ارائه الگوی آن با رویکرد تحلیل مضمون

در عصر حاضر، تحول دیجیتال به سرعت به تمامی جوانب زندگی و حوزه‌های مختلف تاثیر می‌گذارد و آموزش نیز از این قاعده مستثنی نیست. دانشگاه علوم پزشکی به عنوان یکی از مهمترین مراکز آموزشی و تحقیقاتی در حوزه بهداشت و درمان، نیازمند رهبرانی است که توانایی هدایت این تحول را داشته باشند. اما برای رهبری تحول دیجیتال در آموزش دانشگاه علوم پزشکی، نه تنها تخصص فنی و دانش فناوری اطلاعات بلکه همچنین اخلاق و ارزش‌های انسانی نیز باید در نظر گرفته شوند. از این ‌رو هدف پژوهش شناسایی عوامل رهبری تحول دیجیتال در آموزش‌ دانشگاه علوم پزشکی و ارائه الگوی است. در این راستا پژوهش حاضر با رویکردی کیفی و از نظر هدف جزء پژوهش های کاربردی و با استفاده از روش تحلیل مضمون براون و کلارک انجام شده ‌است. دراین پژوهش، با انجام مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافته با 15 نفر از خبرگان شامل اساتید، مدیران ارشد از طریق نمونه گیری هدفمند برای جمع‌آوری اطلاعات اقدام شد. سپس با استفاده از روش تحلیل مضمون، اطلاعات استخراج شده از متون و مصاحبه‌ها دسته‌بندی و تجزیه و تحلیل شدند. پایایی با استفاده از روش دو کدگذار و پایایی باز آزمون مورد بررسی و تایید قرار گرفت. به ‌منظور محاسبه میزان توافق از ضریب کاپا در نرم ‌افزار spss استفاده شد که مقدار آن 75/0 به‌ دست آمد که نشان دهنده پایایی قابل قبولی است. همچنین برای اطمینان از روایی پژوهش، علاوه بر به‌کارگیری استراتژی حساسیت پژوهشگر در فرآیند پژوهش، یافته‌ها در اختیار 3 تن از خبرگان دانشگاهی قرار گرفته و به تایید رسیدند. نتایج نشان داد که عوامل رهبری تحول دیجیتال در آموزش‌ دانشگاه علوم پزشکی باید دارای ویژگی‌هایی از قبیل خلق ارزش دیجیتال، یادگیری دیجیتال، حکمرانی دیجیتال چالش های دیجیتالی و استراتژی دیجیتالی باشد. در نهایت، این نتایج به 16 مضمون سازمان‌یافته، 6 دسته مضمون فراگیر و یک مضمون اصلی طبقه‌بندی شدند. همچنین رهبری تحول دیجیتال در آموزش دانشگاه علوم پزشکی نیازمند توجه به ابعاد اخلاقی است. رهبران باید ارزش‌های اخلاقی مرتبط با تحول دیجیتال را رعایت کنند و فضای آموزشی دیجیتال اخلاقی را ترویج دهند. تعامل موفق بین تخصص فنی و ارزش‌های اخلاقی می‌تواند به ایجاد فضایی اخلاقی و امن در آموزش دانشگاه علوم پزشکی کمک کند.

in the present era, digital transformation is rapidly affecting all aspects of life and various fields, and education is no exception to this rule. the university of medical sciences, as one of the most important educational and research centers in the field of health and treatment, needs leaders who have the ability to guide this transformation. however, to lead the digital transformation in education at the university of medical sciences, not only technical expertise and information technology knowledge but also ethics and human values ​​must be considered. therefore, the aim of the research is to identify the factors leading the digital transformation in education at the university of medical sciences and present a model. in this regard, the present research was conducted with a qualitative approach and in terms of purpose, it is an applied research and used the brown and clark content analysis method. in this research, information was collected by conducting semi-structured interviews with 15 experts, including professors and senior managers through purposive sampling. then, using the content analysis method, the information extracted from the texts and interviews was categorized and analyzed. reliability was examined and confirmed using the two-coder and test-retest methods. in order to calculate the level of agreement, the kappa coefficient in spss software was used, and its value was 0.75, which indicates acceptable reliability. also, to ensure the validity of the research, in addition to applying the researcher sensitivity strategy in the research process, the findings were provided to 3 academic experts and confirmed. the results showed that the factors of digital transformation leadership in education at the university of medical sciences should have characteristics such as digital value creation, digital learning, digital governance, digital challenges, and digital strategy. finally, these results were classified into 16 organized themes, 6 overarching theme categories, and one main theme. also, digital transformation leadership in education at the university of medical sciences requires attention to ethical dimensions. leaders must observe ethical values ​​related to digital transformation and promote an ethical digital educational environment. successful interaction between technical expertise and ethical values ​​can help create an ethical and safe environment in education at the university of medical sciences.
