ابعاد چارچوب توسعه حرفه ای دانشجو معلمان (مطالعه موردی: رشته تربیت بدنی دانشگاه فرهنگیان اصفهان)

چکیده
|
عوامل بسیاری در موفقیت عملکرد آموزش و پرورش دخیل هستند و در این میان نقش معلمان از جمله شالوده اصلی آن و از عوامل مهم برشمرده میشود. از طرفی، شیوه عمل و نگرش معلم نیز از نحوه آموزش و دورههای آموزشی در مراکز تربیت معلم (دانشگاه فرهنگیان)، تاثیر میپذیرد. بر این اساس تحقیق حاضر با هدف طراحی چارچوب توسعه حرفهای دانشجو معلمان تربیت بدنی دانشگاه فرهنگیان استان اصفهان با روش ترکیبی (کیفی- کمی) انجام شد. در بخش کیفی، بر اساس نظر 15 تن از خبرگان شامل اعضای هیئتعلمی و مدرسان پیشکسوت تربیت معلم در آموزش و پرورش و دانشگاه فرهنگیان و با استفاده از پرسشنامه باز، مدل مفهومی اولیه تحقیق طراحی شد. در بخش کمی نیز با استفاده از نمونه آماری شامل 208 تن از دانشجو معلمان، اعتبار مدل طراحیشده با روش مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری (حداقل مربعات جزئی-pls) مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. تجزیه و تحلیل اطلاعات در بخش کمی، در دو بخش مدل اندازهگیری و ساختاری انجام شده است. ضرایب ساختاری مدل برای بررسی فرضیههای تحقیق نیز در قسمت ساختاری ارزیابی گردید. نتایج حاصل از بخش کیفی با بهرهگیری از کدگذاری باز، محوری، انتخابی، 103 مضمون فرعی و 23 مضمون اصلی را شامل و در بخش کمی گویای طرح چارچوب توسعه حرفهای دانشجو معلمان تربیتبدنی دانشگاه فرهنگیان از اعتبار لازم برخوردار است. بر اساس نتایج به دست آمده، عوامل موثر بر توسعه حرفهای دانشجو معلمان در قالب عوامل علّی، زمینهای، مداخلهگر و پیامدها در قالب تصویری کلی از یک الگوی پیشنهادی ارائه شده است تا دید گستردهتری برای سیاستگذاران این حوزه فراهم آورد.

Abstract
|
many factors are involved in the success of education and training performance, and among them, the role of teachers is considered to be one of its main foundations and important factors. on the other hand, the teacher's practice and attitude are also affected by the method of education and training courses in teacher training centers (farhangian university). accordingly, the present study was conducted with the aim of designing a professional development framework for student teachers of physical education at farhangian university of isfahan province using a mixed method (qualitative-quantitative). in the qualitative section, based on the opinions of 15 experts, including faculty members and veteran teachers of teacher training in education and farhangian university, and using an open questionnaire, the initial conceptual model of the study was designed. in the quantitative part, using a statistical sample of 208 student teachers, the validity of the model designed using the structural equation modeling method (partial least squares-pls) was examined. data analysis in the quantitative part was carried out in two parts: measurement and structural models. the structural coefficients of the model were also evaluated in the structural part to examine the research hypotheses. the results obtained from the qualitative part, using open, axial, and selective coding, included 103 sub-themes and 23 main themes, and in the quantitative part, the design of the professional development framework for physical education students at farhangian university has the necessary validity. based on the results obtained, the factors affecting the professional development of student teachers in the form of causal, contextual, intervening factors, and consequences have been presented in the form of a general picture of a proposed model to provide a broader view for policymakers in this field.
