بررسی و اولویت بندی عوامل موثر بر تعالی عملکرد مدارس متوسطه اول با استفاده از تکنیک تحلیل سلسله مراتبی (مطالعه موردی: شهر آبادان)

توجه دقیق‌تر به کیفیت آموزش و پرورش و عملکرد مدارس از مباحث عمده‌ای است که نظر کارشناسان تعلیم و تربیت را به خود جلب نموده است. پژوهش حاضر از نظر هدف، کاربردی و از نظر نحوه گردآوری داده‌ها، توصیفی‌-پیمایشی بوده که با هدف بررسی و اولویت‌بندی عوامل موثر بر تعالی عملکرد مدارس متوسطه اول در شهر آبادان بر اساس معیارهای سند تحول بنیادین آموزش و پرورش صورت گرفته است. برای تعیین اولویت عناصر، از دیدگاه 11 نفر از خبرگان و تکنیک فرایند تحلیل سلسله مراتبی استفاده شده است. همچنین در انجام محاسبات از کدنویسی در نرم افزار اکسل و نرم افزار expert choice بهره‌گیری شده است. نرخ ناسازگاری مقایسه‌های انجام شده 0.05 بدست آمده که کوچک‌تر از 0.1 می‌باشد و بنابراین می‌توان به مقایسه‌های انجام شده اعتماد کرد.  تعیین وزن نهایی عناصر با تکنیک ahp نشان می‌دهد معیار بهسازی نظام برنامه‌ریزی آموزشی و درسی، مالی و اداری و زیرساخت‌های کالبدی و فناوری مدارس و تحقق عدالت تربیتی  با وزن 0.282 رتبه اول را کسب کرده است. معیار بهره‌وری مدیریت منابع در مدارس با وزن 0.197 رتبه دوم، معیار شایستگی‌های پایه در ساحت‌های تعلیم و تربیت (ایمان، تقوا، عمل صالح، اخلاقیات و ...) با وزن 0.196 رتبه سوم، معیار مرجعیت علمی و تکوین تمدن ایرانی-اسلامی با وزن 0.165 رتبه چهارم و معیار مشارکت افراد جامعه، اولیا و دانش‌آموزان در تعلیم و تربیت  با وزن 0.160 در اولویت پنجم قرار دارد.

investigating and prioritizing factors affecting the performance excellence of junior secondary schools using the analytic hierarchy process technique (case study: abadan city)

a closer look at the quality of education and the performance of schools is one of the major issues that has attracted the attention of education experts. the present study was applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-survey in terms of data collection, which was conducted with the aim of examining and prioritizing the factors affecting the performance excellence of first secondary schools in abadan with the approach of the document of fundamental transformation of education. to determine the priority of the elements, the views of 11 experts and the technique of the hierarchical analysis process were used. also, in performing calculations, coding has been used in excel software and expert choice software. the incompatibility rate of the comparisons was 0.05, which is less than 0.1, and therefore the comparisons can be trusted. determining the final weight of the elements with ahp technique showed that the criterion of improving the educational and curriculum planning system, financial and administrative and physical infrastructure and technology of schools and achieving educational justice with a weight of 0.282 has gained the first rank. resource management productivity criterion in schools with a weight of 0.197 second rank, criterion of basic competencies in the fields of education (faith, piety, righteousness, ethics, etc.) with a weight of 0.196 third rank, criterion of scientific authority and development of iranian-islamic civilization with weight 0.165 is the fourth rank and the criterion of participation of community members, parents and students in education with a weight of 0.160 is in the fifth priority.
