بررسی نقش معلم در برنامه درسی آموزش پیش دبستانی مبتنی بر بازی

پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی نقش معلم در برنامه درسی آموزش پیش دبستانی مبتنی بر بازی در سال 1402-1401 انجام گرفته است. این تحقیق از لحاظ روش، از نوع تحقیقات کمی- کیفی و از لحاظ هدف جزء تحقیقات کاربردی بوده که در رویکرد کیفی از روش تحلیل مضمون استفاده شده است. جامعه آماری این تحقیق شامل کلیه صاحب نظران برنامه درسی، روانشناسان تربیتی و مربیان پیش دبستانی که به ترتیب در دانشگاه های استان آذربایجان غربی یا در مدارس و مراکز پیش دبستانی تدریس می کنند، می باشد. نمونه آماری شامل 20 نفر از صاحب نظران برنامه درسی و روانشناسان تربیتی که حداقل دارای دو تالیف کتاب و پنج مقاله علمی و پژوهشی و 10نفر از مربیان پیش دبستانی که دارای 5 سال تجربه آموزش داشته اند با استفاده از روش نمونه گیری هدفمند تا حد اشباع انتخاب شدند. ابتدا بر اساس مصاحبه نیمه ساختار یافته، دیدگاه های جامعه آماری استخراج و سپس از طریق کدگذاری پاسخ های مصاحبه شوندگان کد بندی و مقولات نهایی مشخص شد و نتایج پژوهش نشان می دهد: راهنمایی، تسهیل گری، ایجاد شرایط و فراهم کردن بسترهای لازم و تهیه امکانات و وسایل بازی از مهمترین مولفه‌های نقش معلم است.

examining the teacher's role in the play-based preschool education curriculum

the present study was conducted with the aim of investigating the role of the teacher in the game-based preschool education curriculum in 1400-1401. in terms of method, this research is of quantitative-qualitative research type, and in terms of purpose, it is applied research, and in qualitative approach, thematic analysis method is used. the statistical population of this research includes all curriculum experts, educational psychologists and preschool teachers who teach in the universities of west azarbaijan province or in schools and preschool centers, respectively. the statistical sample includes 20 curriculum experts and educational psychologists who have authored at least two books and five scientific and research articles, and 10 preschool teachers who have 5 years of teaching experience were selected using the purposeful sampling method until saturation. first, based on a semi-structured interview, the views of the statistical community were extracted, and then through the coding of the answers of the interviewees, coding and the final categories were determined, and the results of the research show that guiding, facilitating, creating conditions and providing the necessary platforms and providing facilities and play equipment are among the most important components of a teacher's role.
